The main room had a bed settee as the only comfortable sitting area. It was OK, but not terribly comfortable, with only cushions to lean against (it was an iron day bed frame). Although the shower worked very well, the bracket was loose, so the shower had to be hand held to be effective. There was no on site parking, we stayed in March and were able to park easily about 200m away, but this could be a problem in summer?

The location, lovely views from the big French windows. There was a very nice bar and restaurant (though we didnt eat there)on the ground floor.. Easy walk into town, though the apartment was noise free Comfortable, big bed, lots of cupboard space. Well equipped kitchen. Shops and supermarket in easy walking distance. A good size bathroom. The WiFi was excellent. A near perfect apartment for a couple. The staff from the apartment were extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone and in person and they put themselves out to enable us to get in early. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

The location is excellent , within walking distance of everything Tavira has to offer. The appartment was clean and safe.

The only thing we didn’t like in the apartment was the day bed in the living room that doubles up as a sofa is very very uncomfortable to sit on!!!

Parking was a challenge. Of course this can be expected such a central location. There was a minor glitch picking up the keys. Make sure you confirm the time to meet the agent.

Excellent location, right by the river, across the pedestrian bridge from downtown. Ten minutes walk along the river to a big supermarket, also to the ferry to Tavira Island. Spacious, spotless, well equipped kitchen with like-new appliances

I think there ought to be basic instructions to operate the cooking facilities

The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped. The location is excellent, located next to the centre of Tavira yet no noise from traffic or pedestrians

Try to book the apartment with the view, although this one is also lovely. Driving to the apartment is tricky, but that's Tavira! There's free parking a few minutes walk away.

Location was amazing and the flat is newly renovated and has everything you could want. Friendly reception.

There was someone there at the property office, located next to the apartment block to take us up and show us everything in the apartment.

Stunning and light space with amazing river views. We’ve been in Tavira many times and loved our stay here. Super location, we enjoyed our afternoons with the doors open.

no mirror outside of bathroom, could also use a full size mirror. Also, the sofa is just a futon. not very comfortable and makes a poor bed for our son.

The host was 30 mins late to hand over the keys to the property. We would have preferred to just been given a code to access the keys as we were already 4 hour delayed due to the flight. The bathroom was not finished to a high standard, there was leftover soap in the shower tray, no toilet roll or extra hand towels or new hand soap left. We had to contact the company for someone to clean (the soap was still left behind in the shower tray) and as compensation we were given free ferry tickets (that cost €1 each).

The apartment is beautiful and finished to a very high standard. Host was very friendly, the location was excellent especially as the Mediterranean festival was on when we were there so we had a fantastic view from the balcony of the stage and the marquees
