There are mildew stains on the celling. Water pressure in the shover could be better. The apartment is on the path of approaching planes so there so noise can be bothersome. Shared kitchen, Apartment is above 2 restaurants so on some days there is considerable noise in the early morning. It's a 30 minutes walk to the city centre.

Huge room with comfortable, big bed. The host was very friendly and helpful. There are certain inconveniences but at the end of the day nothing that should discourage you from staying there.

Be aware that the facilities can be a bit noisy (only if you open your windows) seeing that it is located in the approach line of the planes coming to land. I would have like a bar fridge to keep a few things in.

This place was well place between the city centre and Belèm. Bus and trams stops were close for easy transport. The room and the bathroom were very clean and neat. A pleasure to use. I appreciated the fact that I was offered clean towels mid my 6 day stay. The staff was attentive and helpful with any questions.

Nothing. The location is good, however some sort of transportation is needed to get in the "heart" of Lison.

The rooms was very nicely furnished and provided a cozy space for a busy weekend in Lisbon.

I was assigned one room, and then had to move to another room because of a mistake made by the property manager out of my hands. I wish the pictures of the rooms were specified before the payment is made. Room is small and uncomfortable.

No staff onsite, which might be an issue if you need to leave your luggage upon early arrival. Room could have used a small desk for work. In my apartment, you could certainly hear other guests walk in and out. Nothing too bad, though.

This was a very roomy and clean apartment in a very convenient location relative to the Lisbon Convention Center. The walk from the hotel to the Convention Center was easy and the neighborhood had lots of restaurants and shops. Public transportation right outside the door. Very nice about accommodating my early arrival. Bit of a mix between a hotel room (no kitchen) and vacation rental (no front desk or hotel amenities). Worked fine for me. AC in the room definitely a plus during warmer weather.

We had some inconvenience with the entrance door since it was difficult for us to open it after the rain. The owners were informed so it will surely not happen again.

We love Alcántara neighborhood and the hotel is super well located, with public transport at the door!! The place is newly remodeled and very tastefully done. I love that they kept the building's original details, like the ceiling molding, tile, and paneling. The shared kitchen is a great bonus! We loved our stay, we will surely repeat!

The only negative was the humidity. The rainy days the walls of the room was wet and the atmosphere in the room was also with great humidity. Maybe a dehumidifier would help!

The room was exactly as it was in the photos, small but convenient. The owner provided us with iron for the clothes, new towels after 2-3 days and hair dryer. The bet and the pillows were really comfortable.

The location is very convenient for events in the Congress Center (15 min walk), and the city center is easy to reach(tram 15 stop in walking distance). The hotel itself is very nice and clean, I didn't miss anything in the room.

Very poor sound insulation, everyone could be heard as if we were in one room. The issue with our room was that it only had one functional window (in the bathroom). The other window was out of order because pigeons had settled in, making it impossible to open the window without a pigeon entering the room. There needs to be some improvement in the cleanliness of the common terrace. Additionally, another table could be added to the common kitchen.

Very clean and neat. Shampoo and soaps provided. Perfect beddings. Good communication with the host. Good location, a bit outside of the city centre jungle. Close to public transportation and coffees and close by to the port walking/activity area.
