We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms were comfortable, clean and met all our needs. Breakfast provided was excellent. The pool was great.

AustraliaThe air conditioning in the first room we were given did not work and it was a very hot day. The room was also facing west. We were given another room, also facing west, and the air conditioning was better but still not great. Luckily it cooled down when the sun went down and we could open the balcony door.
The restaurant, bar and breakfast were all great and the view from our room was good.

After a long day of traveling, it was really nice to enjoy a swim in the oversized pool. The dinner at the restaurant was very good. We enjoyed the buffet… good variety. The added bonus was that on checking in, the receptionist noticed that it happened to be my birthday and arranged for small floral display and candle on our table that evening. Brilliant. We will certainly stay at the hotel again.
