The hostel is located in a nice and vibrant neighbourhood, close enough to the city center but without all the chaos. The atmosphere of the hostel is very nice and the staff is helpful. They offer activities and there’s free coffee and tea in the kitchen. Toilets and shower are also very nice and organised.

Clean and comfortable room. Assistance with luggage when we arrived and departed. Great coffee and surprise treats every day. Very helpful staff.

As it is an old building, steps up 1 floor are very steep and narrow. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

The staff is friendly and the rooms and bathrooms are clean up to the mark. The hostel is easily accessible by bus (2 min walking distance)

I took a mixed dorm but Had I known, there will be 20 beds and it will be in the basement with hardly any ventilation, I would have looked for some other place. it's evident with so many people staying in there, the room will be suffocating. They had put the table fans but honestly it wasn't really a solution. To add to this, I found that only one electric point is given per bed plus no personal bed light, in case if someone wants to read or look for something inside a bag, one needs to switch all the lights and bother others. I wasn't looking for a luxurious stay, given it's a hostel (but I've stayed in quite many other hostels), but these two things are a basic minimum I believe with the amount one is paying. There is no personal storage available either, but only with a deposit and it's not sufficient for a bag.

Got a completely unclean shabby apartment. Even next day, cleaning staff did a terrible job. For a 4 star property price, you get 1 star facility.
