The property was good. It provided all the basics. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent too, lots of variety and very generous.

There is no coffee maker or kettle inside the standard room. You can only get them if you booked the Loft.

We are from Malaysia. The hotel Location is very strategic. Very convenient to walk to the nearest tram station, which is right infront of hotel. You can roam around the city just by trams. For metro (train) you will have to walk about 10mins to reach the station. Very close by to the canal & have a nice city view. If you dont want to take the breakfast package, you can always find the nearest coffee shop infront of the hotel, literally everywhere. Very nearby to Halal restaurants as well. The staff who greet us was very friendly. He let us keep our baggage first, before we can checked in, as we arrived very early in the morning. We booked 1 loft and 1 standard room. We loved the loft the most, which has complete house stuffs like kitchenette and microwave. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

There is no microwave available. Basement room is VERY basic although they did warn you. Shower does not have a door.

Great location - close to transportation and food. Friendly staff. Modern look and feel to the lobby and lounge area. Price was cheaper than other hotels in Amsterdam.

Excellent location with Tram located directly outside the hotel. Metro line is located just a short distance from the hotel and easy to get to from the airport.

The room was very small, for the price we paid. It is also around a 30 min walk from the city center

We travelled as a group of 3 couples, two people per room and noticed that our room was by far the biggest of the three, just something to keep in mind that some rooms may be smaller and thus more suited to solo travellers as couples may find some of the rooms a bit cramped.

Very welcoming and laid back lobby, gives you the feeling of relaxation the second you walk in the door. Staff were very friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The room was well equipped with TV, free guest wifi, complimentary waters, clean fresh towels and bedding ansd a VERY comfortable mattress. Would recommend to anyone due to cost, cleanliness and most importantly location (three tram lines directly outside).

It was pretty loud, not sure what the noise was in our room but it was constant, almost like a power box or something from outside. Breakfast could be better! Other than that everything was nice!

A little bit of a walk from centraal station if that’s the area you are interested in. We didn’t mind walking but there is trams right outside the hotel and a metro less than 5 minute walk. 👍🏻

The room was small, with hardly any shelves to hold my clothes. The bathroom was also extremely small, but that is probably because I chose the least expensive room, which was okay with me.

With a maximum walking distance of 20 minutes to any destination, the location was excellent. The tram stop was directly in front of the hotel, but since it is in such a nice area, I liked to walk instead. Breakfast was fantastic, but if you're staying longer than two days, you will get bored with the food quickly. The employees were always smiling and eager to assist with any needs. They were also very friendly. Each day, the room was cleaned.

We had a room that wasn't up to our expectations in relation to what we paid for, extremely small, next to the elevator and a miserable very small bed for two. We complained about it and were given another room the next day. After a very bad night sleep.

The second night we were located in a studio. That was nice, beautifully decorated and comfortable.
