Positive section of review
Nice little flat with pretty much everything you need. The location is great and very central, but quiet at night as it overlooks an inner courtyard. There are supermarkets and a nice pizzeria round the corner. Ours was a very short stay so we didn't take full advantage of the property, but the kitchen is well equipped for cooking and generally speaking the flat has everything, including extra blankets, hair dryer and dishwasher. No smart tv, but television works well. New boiler and very good hot water supply in the bathroom. The owner also kindly provides breakfast, like coffee, teas, biscuits, jams and chocolate spread. It's clean and the mattress is comfortable. Definitely recommend it.

The bathroom needs a little maintenance, the shower is a bit small and the water taps spray water. The window in the bedroom is partly broken so we couldn't open/close it easily. The pillows are a bit low and one side of the bed was broken so the mattress sunk a little. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours. Upon arrival we had some difficulty finding the building and the key locker.

Fairly good location near 2 metro stations and quite close to the Colosseum - 15 minutes on foot. Large rooms, relatively comfortable beds, very easy check-in process until 23.30 without charge. The owner was kind and left a basket with breakfast items in the kitchen as complimentary. Nearby there are some good shops for food, mini market etc. There was a/c which was needed. The bathroom was well equipped and there was always hot.

It's a cold apartment. We turned the a/c on hot to sleep. There are windows that do not close well and need fixing. Note that there is no living room. We knew that but when you live it, it is not at all practical not to have a meeting place inside the house. The kitchen equipment is insufficient.. There is an old and kind of dirty kettle - not electric.. There is an espresso coffee maker [not Nespresso] that accepts capsules of a certain brand, which in every mini market I looked for them I could not find them anywhere. There is no dish dryer etc. The location is good but keep in mind that if you need to take the metro for the important attractions you will have to change the metro line at the termini station which is the busiest.

Nice host, she helped us with som directions to the train station and to the city center. Accomondation is 10 minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes walk to the city center. You can reserve parking spot before the arrival.
