Disliked · The noise from the property above was not very pleasant. Luckily, I had earplugs but my family member didn't, and she woke several times during every night due to the noise of footsteps, running around, etc from the property above. The floors are tiled so are very cold on the feet. I imagine this will be cooling in summer but made us wish we had packed slippers.

We liked the location- close to some lovely restaurants and cafes, and not far from the Circus Maximus metro stop. The host was friendly and understanding, and left some snacks for us to have, which I didn't expect. Plenty of towels and bedlinen, hot water, crockery, and the WiFi was good. The air con/heating was very welcome. It was lovely and clean as well. Slightly difficult to check in- I thought we would be inputting a key code into a door- but the host sorted everything quickly for us and was very responsive.

It’s cold apartment, we were on November-December. Conditioners- not working. Cold floors. Noisy outside - inside you hear everything. Maybe for hot days apartment is really good.

We missed an electric kettle to boil water for our morning tee. We then used the gas oven, we were not used to from home. My grand daughter was a bit afraid of gas. Nothing bad happened, of course. 🙂

Valeria and Carlos were very helpful. The flat is spacious, and it has everything one may need. The location is just fabulous, there is the tube station round the corner, actually, it is two, Pyramide and Circus Maximus. In front of the building are bus stops, and next door are several restaurants, e.g. Italian take away, Greek, sushi, etc. Across the street, there is a supermarket. We felt very comfortable, everything was just agreeable, we enjoyed our stay very much.

It’s spacious and has everything you need to feel at home, close to the metro, restaurants, and supermarket. There are a lot of space to park nearby, even we parked for free during our stay there.

Lovely apartment, very tastefully decorated with the all-important wifi and air-conditioning! Valeria was a great host and answered all messages quickly and efficiently. Great location close to the metro and just 4 stops from the central Termini station. We loved the surroundings of the apartment - lovely cafes and restaurants and we actually ate locally each evening instead of going back into the centre, Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment especially for a family.

Valerio is very friendly and reliable. Check-in hours was flexible . The location of the apartment was perfect, short walk from Colosseum, close to metro stations. It was great.

The apartment is very nice, has all the basic things you need and is in a great location - short walk from Circo Massimo and Colosseum, close to Metro stations and great places to eat. The host was flexible with check-in hours, which was very helpful.

It's a cold apartment. We turned the a/c on hot to sleep. There are windows that do not close well and need fixing. Note that there is no living room. We knew that but when you live it, it is not at all practical not to have a meeting place inside the house. The kitchen equipment is insufficient.. There is an old and kind of dirty kettle - not electric.. There is an espresso coffee maker [not Nespresso] that accepts capsules of a certain brand, which in every mini market I looked for them I could not find them anywhere. There is no dish dryer etc. The location is good but keep in mind that if you need to take the metro for the important attractions you will have to change the metro line at the termini station which is the busiest.

Fairly good location near 2 metro stations and quite close to the Colosseum - 15 minutes on foot. Large rooms, relatively comfortable beds, very easy check-in process until 23.30 without charge. The owner was kind and left a basket with breakfast items in the kitchen as complimentary. Nearby there are some good shops for food, mini market etc. There was a/c which was needed. The bathroom was well equipped and there was always hot.

The flat is not first floor but semi basement. Hence the many crawling insects. Not insulated, we could hear the noise of the traffic all night. We have not seen any staff during our stay.
