The wifi stopped working and wasn’t able to be resolved during my stay

While it wasn’t In the city centre, it was still walkable and the tram stop was right at the door. It was a comfortable room with everything I needed.

Not sure if this is an Italian thing, but opening the door was a challenge. One needs to pull the door towards your body before you can unlock it. I tried turning it left and right continuously, even broke a sweat doing it. I guess the locks were loose or doors are like that here? Took me a good 15 - 30 minutes to figure this out, and it wasn't easy with all the luggage I was carrying. Another thing that I was disappointed about was the cleanliness, I wanted to make some tea and used the kettle. After boiling the water, I poured it out and the water looked brown. I poured out the content, and there were tea bags (probably used by the previous occupant). So that was a bit disgusting. Makes you wonder what else was left without it being cleaned.

The room is large and I loved the windows that allow for natural light to come in. Location-wise, it's also very convenient as the tram station is located a few minutes walk from the building. And best of all there is a gelato shop located nearby if you want something cooling to beat that summer heat.

Pillows were a bit hard Only 1 mirror in the whole apartment which is a nightmare when you’re with your partner. No hairdryer provided

Good location, 5 minute tram or 15/20 minute walk to centre. Spacious & nicely decorated throughout. Easy check in/ check out. Balcony to enjoy summer nights/ mornings. Electric blinds were amazing at blocking light in the summer

the toilet was not cleaned. location far from center. could have left 2 bottles of water and milk for coffee. mirror in bathroom set too low, you have to bend your knees in order to see yourself.

No sharp knives or cutting boards in the kitchen. No kitchen towels etc so feel as far as kitchen goes, could be better stocked. Not enough cupboards.

Fantastic room! Large, very comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities with equipment provided, an amazing balcony with outdoor seating. The large window let a lot of light in and the electronic blinds were fully black-out.

it was cold, and whatever I tried to do, the heater always show 21C. There is no place where to leave luggage after check out, and the agency who owns the apartment didn't reply my messages, which I find very unprofessional, they are lucky because apartment is beautiful, otherwise I gould give them very bad rating

Beautiful and very large apartment, appealing wallpaper design, good bed, and nice terrasse. City center is down the hill 25min by foot, but for the back better to take tram 10min, or taxi...

Kitchen could be better equipped, pretty surprised that in Italian flat there was no wine opener or any glasses. Entrance door to the main building were faulty, sometimes it was impossible to open it without the key, which was not included in keys to apartment.

The kitchen is functional, but there is no oven. (Only a microwave oven) There is no extractor hood above the stove, so cooking smelly recipes is not advised. The appartment is poorly sound-proofed (concrete walls) and the street is noisy even through the night. The host living in another country might be problematic when there's a practical/urgent issue to be solved. I would have appreciated to have a physical person to talk to if need be. Explaining yourself through text messages can be quite awkward. Finally, I'd like to point out that the pictures of the Loft Appartment are misleading. A few days before my arrival I was sent a series of pictures showing the real - much smaller - appartment. So, technically I knew what to expect, but I guess many might be disappointed after having booked a "loft appartment" and ending up in a single room flat.

The train station and the city centre are both within walking distance (10 and 15min respectively). There is a tramway stop 100m away for those who prefer getting around with public transportation. The appartment offers enough room and comfort for 1-2 persons. There is also a private balcony. The A/C is efficient and was highly appreciated during the recent heat wave.

The pictures on the main page of the apartment do not corrspond to what we got. We were looking at the double floor apartment and thought that we are paying for it, whilst we got much smaller one. That does not matter, but the price for the different apartmens should be different. If you are getting bigger apartment you pay more. If you are getting smaller one, you pay less. Still, the apartment was nice, so you will make a good choice if you book it!

We liked the apartment as it was very clean, bright and cosy. It is definitely made with style. The location was good. The building seems new. The self check-in option is great. Very nice neighbours :) We were close to tram stops, traim station and the centre.

Was not really clean. There were no basic things for using the kitchen as soap or a place to put the dishes, not even a broom or tablecloth . The communication with the people here was zero. We had problems on using the kitchen but nobody replied the message, and the phone they have to call is from another country. One day the light was off and we should ask for help to the neighbours. The pillows too hard

The apartment is beautiful, it's just not ready if you want to stay more than one night.

The hot water stopped working from the second day and we had no choice than to use the cold water. Unfortunately the TV and Internet also stopped working since the sockets stopped working. I was told that it was because they were some fixing something in the building, but why would they accept the booking if something is being fixed. Had a bad experience and won’t book again. Thanks!

The apartment was clean and close to the city, the surrounding area were also good and pleasant.

The photos in booking are misleading. They have many pictures of different apartments, but the one I was hosted in was small and different from the first photos. Also the air conditioning made lots of noise to sleep.

1.The owner intentionally mixed up the pictures from different apartments in the same listing. You need to be careful which apartment you want to book. 2.Price is expensive in terms of location and facilities. 3. 10mins walk to the nearest Supermarket.

In contrast to last year, the host was particularly difficult to reach. I got the instructions and the code to access the building a few hours prior to my arrival. When I noticed that the a/c didn't work properly, it took 10 days (!) to have it fixed! I got a compensation for the inconvenience, but still, not being able to sleep in a stifling apartment was neither pleasant nor restful.

Nothing had changed compared to my previous stay, so in a way, I got what I had expected (apart from the dysfunctional a/c).

Many redflags in the apartment: 1) No info about how to access to the flat has been sent by owner. She didn't reply soon, so we thought it was a scam. We had to call customer service number to receive a reply. 2) Despite of pictures in the post, there is no access to the "second floor" room. Actually there is no a second floor, neither a ladder. 3) Air conditioner was not working and when we asked the owner to adjust it, she didn't help us. 4) No wardrobe to put your clothes in. 5) Towels not enough for more than 1 night. Nice spot to stay one night, but not for more than a single night. Very bad support experience.
