The breakfast was very bad, it’s not worth it, missing cheese, ham, bread and the eggs was over cooked, they looked grey inside.

The mattress wasn't comfortable at all. The shower cabin was tiny and the water barely warm.

The hotel was lovely, would have liked the snack bar yo be open so we could have a snack on an evening, rather than go out after a day exploring. However I understand this was out of season and i think the snack bar is open in season.

Fab little hotel with amazing views, lovely staff. Rooms clean and gorgeous balcony. Definitely need a car. We would definitely be booking again the next time we are in the area.

The regulation of the AC power breakers at the reception and Breakfast.

For me a visit to Italy is always about heart and soul. The kindness, generosity and attention, specially of the owner /manager Mariano, who listened to our every request and who manages a team of staff who made sure they did whatever possible to help. - Arranged for a mechanic free of charge, first thing in the morning to jump start the battery of our rental car which had gone dead as I had left the headlights on, overnight. - Took snacks to the room. - Wrote off our minibar account for 8 days as complimentary. and to top it off, we had a spectacular view of the New Years eve fire works, light up the entire coast line along the Bay of Naples, not to mention the daily sunrise and sunset. The excellent location of the hotel just outside Sorrento on the SS 145 allows easy access to explore the entire Amalfi coast at leisure either via Positano on the SS163 or faster via Vietri Sul Mer/Salerno and the Autostrada E45.

One of the best locations in the area to stay. Very nice view from balcony and rooftop. Best for people travelling on car.

The hotel is run in a very old school method. You have to leave your keys/ safe key with the front desk upon leaving at anytime. The manager could friendlier but isn’t compared to the other staff. Still very hot outside upon our stay. You have to demand power be turned on for the AC in the room via break switches near the front desk. Manager will try to control the power saying “I’ll give you power for ONE hour, open a window that is a weird request.” Mosquitoes are crazy there leave the balcony door open (no screen present) and you will be covered in bites. Breakfast is minimal deli meat, cheese and a few pastries. The pastries run out quickly. They offer their parking for nearby events and try to tell you to come back to park, you paid to stay remind them of that.

Beautiful views, decent minimal breakfast. Not to from Sorrento or the Almafi Coast.

The manager is angry sometimes and speaks harsh Hot water is not available 24/7, you have to call the reception for it and then wait until the heater works Drainage from the top floor makes noise, no smell or leakage.

Some parts are outdated, the reception staff were at times not too friendly. Recommend planning your transport up the mountain prior to arriving too.

They have a rule “do not eat in the room”. If they have this rule they should offer a place where it is possible to eat, like a common room.

A nice hotel with a good location and a very beautiful view. Breakfast is OK and as expected. During the evening you can have a good and nice view. There is a free parking and WI-FI

staff is not very helpful/friendly, we could not leave our luggage, pool was closed, bar also (we did get a drink eventually), breakfast is poor, hotel definitely needs an thorough update, so quite expensive for what you get

The pool is only open from 11-7 and for only part of the year. We wanted to swim in the morning or when home from exploring but couldnt as pool closed. Could not eat or drink at pool except for drinks bought from bar. Could not eat in the rooms and the room deck had very small table only outside and one iron chair. The bath towels are thin like tea towels but changed daily. The shower..I am 5"8 normal size woman and barely fit in the shower. The most important downfall is the location for getting to town. The road is not walkable safely. We had to hire a driver every day to and from after being taken to the Meta train station to get to sorrento ( so taxi to train station or bus, go to sorrento, then train, walk and taxi back to hotel) Definintly added an extra cost . I believe there is free parking so if you have your own car that is helpful but parking in Meta and sorrento is scarce. The hotel decor is clean but it is liking walking into the 70's. Oh, the walls are very thin! I heard the toilets flushing in the rooms around me. Not the best if you are a light sleeper.

The view is second to none! The swimming pool is gorgeous and a perfect temperature and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean room, hotel very clean. Breakfast was great.

Nothing close/walking distance. Bring supplies like food. No restaurant attached. Offers drinks and a sandwich only and a very nice breakfast.

Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The view is just spectacular. Make sure you have a car as the hotel is quite a way out of town. Would definitely return and recommend to anybody who is looking for a relaxing break.

The pool didn’t open until 11.15 everyday which is far too late. This should open at 09.00. There were no pool towels on offer so had to sit on very hard loungers on bare wood. The manager of the the hotel turns off the air conditioning over night so the room heats up and sleeping is almost impossible. You absolutely need your own transport to stay at this hotel. The train station is a 30 minute walk down hill via a very busy road. There are no buses from this hotel. Sadly no restaurant at this hotel although this is mentioned in advance. WiFi is patchy in the bedroom but is available in the reception area.

The hotel has a spectacular location overlooking the bay of Sorrento. Our room was a nice size with a lovely terrace with sea view. Breakfast had a good selection of food items. The swimming pool was lovely and again had a wonderful view. The pool area offered snacks and drinks which were a good price.
