Sadly our check-in was delayed by a 30min wait in front of the apartment, and no number was available for a call to reassure us with someone coming. We were in room number five and two young ladies from Germany in room number 4 had the idea of partying further up to 1 am when we’ve had enough, since we needed to get our sleep before departing for the airport. The breakfast was full of pastries, but no fried eggs and bacon which is pretty standard by all international inn’s. Also the only non-sweet items were prsciouto and cheese. And since the older couple which were there a few minutes before us, acquires whole plates of it, it wasn’t refilled even at the point of our departure. The lady who was making the coffee was ignoring the empty tray quite deliberately, and we got a decent breakfast at the airport, which means the venue didn’t do it’s job. In short: if you are looking for a standard hotel bed and breakfast, look elsewhere. But if you are young and can do with a tre-marie croiscants type of nurishment after a hangover, go for it.

Spacious room, since we were a family of four. Although the placement is just an apartment in an apartment building, it matched our demand for a comfortable shower, sleep and a good breakfast.

The WiFi was a little weak in our room (but probably was strong in the other rooms). Also the room had 3 beds, but one of the beds didnt had any sheets (only a bed protection and a blanket), and we were 3 people.

The staff were very friendly, good breakfast and the room space was huge and with all we need (also with a great city view). The location is also perfect for who wants to visit the city center. Amazing rooftop!!

It was a little hard to find the entrance at first, but the neighbouring shop owner brought us to the doorbell !

Once we found the entrance, the location was very good. The property is in an apartment type building. We were able to park on a side street. We had breakfast on the roof-top with lovely views of the city and the hostess pointed out all the landmarks. The family owners (Mother & Son ?) were lovely and friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy. Will definitely stay again for longer if ever back in Sicily.

What a lovely place. The room has everything you may need and fitted in a modern style. The sound/light proofing was a good plus.The room balcony has a nice view of the historic part of town which is only a few minutes walk away, and the surrounding mountains, while the roof terrace elevates the view to the next level! Staff were all very warm and accommodating, the breakfast fresh and just overall such a great experience! Highly recommend!

There was a plentiful, fresh breakfast. The lady, the owner, was very pleasant. The nearby station was very handy for the airport and the main station. We had a good time in Palermo. There was much to see, especially the Palazzo Reale and the Botanical gardens..

The accommodation is on the 5th floor of an apartment block, with businesses and private accommodation as well. When l booked the accommodation in January, this was not apparent on Booking.com. Often, the main front door was open, although it was very secure inside. The area, the streets, were very dirty indeed. It was not good. The terrace....the main reason for choosing the accommodation... could only be used for breakfast unless you were willing to pay 10 Euros for private use. This is a rip-off and was NOT made clear at the time on Booking.com. it does say there is an extra charge for solarium and parasols, etc, but myself and other guests did not realise the owner meant that the terrace was the solarium. We had to take our breakfast on a tray in a lift to the terrace, although on the second rwo days of our stay, fruit, yoghurt, etc. was taken up there for us. This meant that you had to choose your breakfast items before going up in the lift. I had a room with a small balcony. Although it was furnished, there was no umbrella, so it was too hot to use. One day, l was having a shower when the owner knocked on the door to tell me that water from the air conditioning units was dripping onto the balconies below and the street. She had to access the room to empty a container. There were three rooms' air conditioning units on the balcony, which turned it into a sauna! I had to pay €2 extra to receive an electronic receipt. Apparently, the law states l should have this, but l do not understand why this charge was not included in the cost overall. After all, it was sent as an email attachment! However, the accommodation was generally comfortable and we had a good time.

It was very handy for the little station 3 minutes away. You can catch a train to the Central station (avoiding a long walk through a very dirty main road) as well as the airport from there. The accommodation is reasonably close to the main sites of the city. There are many beautiful places to visit. The Palatine Chapel and Palazzo Reale are a must, as well as the Botanical Gardens. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The owner, the lady, was very pleasant.

The hotel is in a very noisy corner. People smoke in the terrace. But these are all relatively small things, overall everything was great.

A walking distance to the Cathedral and the Norman Palace. Free parking in the neighborhood. Nice breakfast served on the roof (or down in the B&B if you don't want to go up there. The family that run this place is very nice and helpfull.

A lot of noise from the street; you cant sleep with the window open. I asked for a later checkout and that was unfortunately not possible; maybe they can consider that in the future? You cant clean all the rooms at the same time. If it is not high season, the roofterras isnt open... a bit a pitty.

I have no complains

The staff was lovely. It is a family-run B&B, and all of them were super friendly. We had a misunderstanding with the check-in time, nevertheless, they answered súper fast and did not have a problem with checking up earlier. The location is perfect for people attending the university or tourists since it is close to the historical center. The Bed and breakfast is located on a floor from a tall building, which was confusing at first when looking for it, but it has a perfect location, the room has a balcony, and for the breakfast, one has access to a lovely huge terrace, with a nice view over the city

In room description our room is with balcony, but actually it doesn’t have balcony. The check in time is until 20:00, after 20:00 it will cost 20 Euro. It’s stressful, if your flight will delay or your trip plan is not fixed.

Breakfast on rooftop is good. Room is clean. There is a drink bar, you can make coffee or tea.

Very friendly hosts ready to help in any need, we came in the middle of the night and it was no problem with it, good localisation, tasty breakfasts with fresh fruits and many options - also not sweet, that is not so common in Italy :) The room was big, and very clean with a nice big balcony, and comfy beds.
