The cabin itself looked exactly like the photos, however the location was difficult to access. We couldn't walk around at night time due to stray dogs all around the property and no lighting leading up to the property. Its quite a walk onto the main street and a 15min taxi ride into town. The breakfast was made offsite and arrived stone cold every morning. I requested gluten free options and was served food containing gluten, perhaps the communication barrier was the cause for this miscommunication. We had to use google translate to communicate with most of the staff as they did not speak English.

Our cabin was situated right next to a residential property, they had a rooster that would go off every morning from around 02:00am as well as a dog that continuously barked. On our final night I had to get the receptionist to come to our cabin to investigate a horrible noise from the neighbours. He described the noise as a 'black magic ritual' and it would be over soon. This lasted around 2 hours and sounded quite frightening as it was so close and we could hear everything from our cabin.

everything. The owners are really sweet and will make your stay really pleasant, they will take you around to show you their Rice field which is beautiful and so quiet. We slept like babies for me the geckos and frogs were like a rice field orchestra. Food also was really good and fresh with affordable price. They also organised for us the scooter. I can recommend this place 200% , just wish it could have been available for 2 nights.

The location to shops, restaurants and beach are great. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from each day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The road way to villa is poorly lit at night and has dogs that bark and growl when walking past them, not great when you have small children. The Villa in its day would have been great but it shows wear for its age and needs some TLC. The kitchen is out an outdoor one which is great, but at night the bugs wear a concern, the kitchen itself is worn and could do with a update.

Showers could be more clean in the 4 bed room (moldy), as well as the common areas, they dont swipe under the tables so its really dusty. They charge you if you want to fill up your water botle.

Bathroom had mold and stayed damp several hours after a shower Shower head needed to be taken off to use and couldn't be adjusted on the wall Mirror in bathroom was stained/marked Some walls had marks and cracks Balcony faces west so gets full sun in the afternoon so need to draw the block out curtains to try and reduce the heat Several English language channels on TV had poor or no reception Aircon needed to be run at maximum settings all day and night to keep room cool Curtains were dirty Stayed a week and no offer to change bed linen or towels Drivers had difficulty to find as sign was poor and location behind another guesthouse
