The cleanliness of the couch and also the kitchen utensils, cutlery and appliances were disgusting. The photos did not reflect the actual condition of the property. There was nothing at all on the upstairs balcony and only 2 sun beds, both with no cushions. We had no light outside the Villa door which made it difficult for food delivery and access at night. Just to name a few…

We liked the pool which was clean and warm. The bedrooms were comfortable with aircon. The open plan living was great for our family.

The garden is not well maintain, many dry leaves. The pool area is not to bright at night, while the children still loves to swim even at night.

The bed is comfy enough, aircon is working and the water pressure is good. The kitchen is full equipped with instant coffee and tea prepared by the host. They also provide netflix channel so the children can watch movies. The pool is enough to take a swim (not too short).

One of the downstairs bedroom doors did not lock. The safe had no instructions on how to create a new code so we were unable to use it.

Villa was great. Pool was nice and refreshing - did not get much sun though! Loved the rooms and loungeroom, lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out!

The pool have some issue with water pump, which we are unable to enjoy swimming. Some of the doors can't be close or lock. We had informed the service person, the next day they have handyman to service and repair. But somehow they are currently doing some touch up project for the Villa that is why some fixtures did not have replacements yet. Hopefully my next visit, it should be all done. *Doors, shower tapes, pool water pump, room cabinets.

No power for 11 hours at one point. No water one night but was fixed as soon as possible. Only 2 lounge chairs with no cushions . Big Round Cushion was stained and dirty . Was definitely not the same as the picture on booking com

One bedroom had no power & no aircon, and another 2 had no aircon. We tried multiple times to phone and WhatsApp the numbers we’d been given but no one responded. The property needs major work done to it. Luckily we’d only booked one night.

The road way to villa is poorly lit at night and has dogs that bark and growl when walking past them, not great when you have small children. The Villa in its day would have been great but it shows wear for its age and needs some TLC. The kitchen is out an outdoor one which is great, but at night the bugs wear a concern, the kitchen itself is worn and could do with a update.

The location to shops, restaurants and beach are great. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from each day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The name of the villa on Booking.com is incorrect, and as a consequence of that, it took us hours to find the place. It is called "Villa Del Mar," not "Villa La Plancha." To add to this problem, the contact person took hours to answer the phone. Photos on Booking.com were not accurate, as the actual villa was old and ran down. The cleaners were not good at cleaning, and every time we came home to find them at the Villa, they were sitting down on their phones, not working. There was no hot water, no dish washer, and no toiletries as advertised. The couch, day beds, and cutlery were dirty. Linen, towels, and cleaning were not done daily. I would not take my family here, even if it was half the price they charged us for. A massive disappointment.

The local dogs attacked us every time we entered and exited the villa. Its rough around the edges but would suit a group of friends travelling to Bali. We had no hot water the whole time, and no power for one day. Would've been nice to have the bed sheets and new towels within our 10 day stay. Would be nice to get half of my money back because it wasnt worth what we paid. Coming from an easy going Australian girl. And the owners response below is rubbish because we messaged Sari the villa coordinator many times in regards to hot water not working, fresh linen and having no power for a day.

Location is good and close to everything, but its not beachfront as stated.

NOT BEACHFRONT, NOT LA PLANCHA, access to beach approx 150M down winding lane with demolition ongoing while we were there. Noise from commercial kitchen just other side of garden wall, huge industrial refrigeration unit? Too noisy outside to relax. The other 3 sides of the villa are in a state of demolition, assume massive building projects imminent? No running water 2 out of 3 days, staff did respond but. Disappointed, owners shouldn't be letting out at this cost presently. A little rough around the edges, shame, otherwise a good location

Not very clean there was a bit of rubbish left in the cupboards but most importantly, you could not sleep at night in any of the rooms because there were dogs barking constantly over and over and over again

The property was different to the photos in Booking.com. The property is quite dated. It hasn’t been maintained. In one of the bedrooms the toilet seat was broken. The curtains were badly stained and covered in paint. The lounge was filthy dirty. Apparently the villa will be demolished in the near future. In my opinion the villa shouldn’t be currently rented . We were very disappointed and considering it wasn’t cheap we felt we didn’t get value for money. In fact we felt that we were ripped off. If we could have afforded to move we would have.

The location was fantastic. Close to the beach restaurants and shopping.
