    “The front desk staff were very welcoming, the room I was kindly upgraded to (thank you!) was absolutely gorgeous and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is really cool as you're close to all of the good new restaurants and bars, walking distance to SoHo and have Chinatown and Little Italy at your doorstep. The rooftop bar was lovely and the staff were great, even late at night. I felt that the staff had been well trained to pay attention to the right details. For example, there was not a coffee maker or tea kettle in my room, so I asked for a hot water kettle. They brought it up immediately, alongside a lovely array of organic green teas. The full hotel experience is always a sum of smaller moments.”

    “You couldn't hope for a better location! Times Square, Broadway, Subways all right outside your door or within a block or two. If you're like me, you won't be spending much time in your room but if you do have to, it's okay but tiny. Shower and bath were almost full size.”

    “We have already rated this hotel with trip advisor we loved the communal lounge with complimentary coffee and purified chilled water. The bedding was good quality and the bathroom was just what you would need for a short stay. The hotel was a quiet oasis in the middle of Manhattan. They also allowed us an early check in Would love to use this hotel again should the opportunity arise.”
