Such an refreshingly amazing experience in NYC. The communication was very easy with the hotel already before arrival. Quick check-in, beautiful, renovated & spacious room. Breakfast was nice, location was very accessible. There is a restaurant / bar underneath, I am a poor sleeper but didn't hear a thing. I will definitely book this hotel again upon my next visit.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. We had read in other reviews that the elevator was broken but this worked perfectly for us. There were four elevators that worked well! Perfect with an ice machine on the ground floor that you were given a plastic bag to pick up and then put in the ice storage in the refrigerator.
Always nice and helpful staff. The cleaning was perfect and the cleaners called if we had the do not disturb sign on the door and asked if we wanted cleaning.
We never had time to drink coffee but we bought this elsewhere. Also recommend the Mexican restaurant Sombrero which is located on the street. Really good drinks and wonderful staff.
The beds were comfortable, however you can hear a lot from the street and the air conditioning is loud. Bring earplugs ;-)
The location is fantastic, 5 minutes to Time Square
