“The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They actioned many of our requests and provided useful information when we asked. Many thanks to Ibrahim and his colleagues. The hotel is situated in a nice part of the city with access to public transport, the grand bazaar and Egypt bazaar, as well as the ferries. Good selection of food and sweet shops are also within easy reach. The hotel breakfast is simple but filling. The room we had included a kitchenette which was very convenient for us.
