“I paid for my stay which was £369 for one night but the hotel charged this amount twice and I ended up in overdraft with my bank. They said this is normal they take the money twice one is only pending but it’s ruined my life they also said they won’t pay my bank charges for taking the payment twice as one of the payments will be cancelled!”
“Comfortable bed, ok breakfast, decent sized bathroom and good sized shower. The room was quiet (apart from the ventilation system) - so absolutely no noise from neighbouring rooms or streets, which was great. Great blackout curtains so the room was really dark in the morning- perfect. The room was clean and an ok size for a standard city centre hotel and staff were plesant. Great location for various transport hubs and the nearby shops, restaurants and bars. Noon check out, which was helpful and breakfast served to 11am too, so able to get a nice lie in.”
“The upside of not having a window is the room is dark.. I slept in till 9.50 am !! I also arrived after midnight as my train was delayed. I was able to call the hotel directly. I was reassured there was night staff which there was! Fabulous pillows, nice mugs and hot drink options in the room. Good shower .”
