The bed was too uncomfortable. I felt I was falling into the middle when I lay a certain way. Rooms should be classed as pods they were too small for a couple with 2 cases

So close to City Centre. Amazing eateries and pubs close by. Complimentary glass of wine and cheese 😁

The breakfast could be more vegan friendly, the toilet with the glass door don't give much privacy and you can clearly hear everything. The bathroom is also very small and it's difficult not to drop water from the little sink, but not a big deal really.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice both times we went there. All the products and services were perfect, they also have a proper hairdryer which is nice 😊 the bed is comfy and clean

The WiFi was very weak. The bed was very comfortable, but the room was so small that the bed was pushed up against the wall, so I had to crawl in from the end of the bed. It was a little difficult for this 68-year-old!

For a one night stay in Glasgow, The Z is perfect. We walked from Central Station on our arrival, and the next day, we departed from Queens station; both are very close to The Z. The rooms are very small but they are clean, comfortable and modern. You are within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and the shopping mall and stores. We have stayed here before and will stay there again. It is a great bargain. We love The Z!

The room was sometimes either too hot or too cold with the air conditioning. I was missing a bit of fresh air since there were no windows to be opened. The air coming out of the air conditioner felt a bit dusty but maybe we were just not able to find the right setting.

For the price, the Hotel was very comfy, location was great and the staff was very helpful. We felt very comfortable here, and everything needed was provided. I also liked the drinks that were provided on the desk (tea, coffee, and water). Our stay was great!

Staff were great, I was able to get checked in a bit early which was great, I'd only gone in early to drop my bag off so that was a nice bonus. The public areas and room were very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was expensive and was basically a continental buffet with the addition of a bacon roll. The roll itself was delicious. Very disappointing selection of hot bar food in the evening.

Room was quite small and you had to climb over the bed to reach the window. The issue with the transparent bathrooms remains. Bed was extremely comfortable. I have seldom slept better. Location could not have been better. I felt that it was slightly expensive especially considering that the breakfast was not included.

Felt the room could do with some updating, was quite basic, but reasonable for the price paid. Couldn’t open and close the curtains very easily as the bed was up against the wall with the window set back behind a large ledge. The bed was quite hard, not the most comfortable.

Location is very central and close to both main train stations. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. There was a nice bar/cafe downstairs and good selection of tea/coffees in room with kettle. Sky TV in the room was great.
