We were expecting to enjoy a lovely warm stay at the hotel however when we got there we quickly picked up it was not as advertised on bookings.com. The pictures were deceiving and the wording around the facilities and breakfast was very dodgy after arriving here. We did not like anything to be really honest.

Getting there, we had to learn that its self service, meaning you had to carry your own luggage to your room. The huge carts provided was absolutely heavy and we struggled with this. Then the reception staff seemed like they were doing us a favour everytime we tried to ask a question. They did not make any effort to help us. When we got to our room, we were dissapointed that the bathroom was not working properly. We had to then move by ourselves to another room on another floor. This is like a 2 star hotel to be honest. We had to just manage with the poor quality of the hotel. Breakfast was the reason I booked the hotel and this was the most dissapointing. Every day it was scrambled eggs with a different protein may 3 times in a week. Even the weekends, the breakfast was really below par. The bacon is not really great as well. some days we had to go our for breakfast. The pool is working but it is filthy. The pictures is deceiving on the online. Overall, its a 2 star budget hotel in my view. Dont stay here if you have a family and staying on holiday.

Great location, only 1 min walk from U district metro stop, only takes 10 mins to get into Seattle city center via the train. The art deco design of the room was very nice. The room felt luxurious
