The site looked like work in progress when I arrived and is located in several different buildings. The main building is closed leading me to believe initially that the site was shut. However, I did find checking in available in another building, and all was well.

Bryce Up Top Lodge is ideally located for exploring Bryce Canyon. It is warm and comfortable, and has an electric point by the bed. The WiFi works well but is not secured. There is secure WiFi nearby at Bryce Pines restaurant, 2 miles west on the same road. My room was very quiet.

Ot was reasonably small, but that was ok. Dressing room was actually in the bathroom which was a bit odd, but again ok…except it was freezing in there. Toilet didn’t flush overly well and shower dropped temperature after a minute or so, but at least it didn’t go cold.

Price was great…good value for money. It was clean and we had two beds in the room. Heating was very efficient!

The breakfast arrangement the property offers, using a restaurant next door, was unavailable due to restaurant refurbishment going on. The property advised us upon arrival. This was not under the motel's control, however, so we built in extra time next morning to find breakfast before heading to Bryce.

We arrived several hours later than we'd advised (time change, plus Scenic views we couldn't pass up) and they were very understanding & accommodating to us.

Found the property on Booking.com. Easy to get to off the road. Nice Mexican restaurant on the property.

The TV was set up to play adult on-demand entertainment. I traveled alone so I thought it was funny; different story if the kids had been first to see what was on. Maybe it was prior guest who selected the channel, maybe it wasn’t. And the shower was suspect… nasty bout of athletes foot afterward, but unsure I got it from showering there.

I like the effort they put in the place. Because even though it wasn’t expensive fancy decor or shall I say more higher quality they put effort into the location and I appreciate that because of course I also didn’t pay fancy expensive prices I payed a fair price for the place and it was clean and updated.

Rooms need sound proofing. Any noise the hall sounded like they were in the room. Exterior lights were too bright atound the buildings. Made enjoying the night air difficult.

This place is cute but it definitely got the "landlord special" The light in our room wouldn't turn on so we had to use the bathroom light. When we first walked into the office there was nobody there for 5 mins so we went and ate at the "ok" Mexican place out front

They ran out of toilet paper, sink was missing its aerator so water splashed everywhere, front desk was never manned, no maid service so supply restock or trash removed or beds made. Felt understaffed, but was probably just family run which is understandable.

Shower newly tiled, beds comfy, affordable pricing, good location (about 7 miles to Bryce) in quiet, dark (I hate blinding security lighting) prairie. Small Rooms are all ground floor, with high ceilings, convenient parking outside, good heater, fridge, coffee maker. Perfect for glamping .. beats camping in 22 degrees.

- blinds were dirty - The socket cover in our room was broken and the ventilation cover in the bathroom was missing. There were limescale stains on the fittings.

Beds were soft and room was small. We only stayed 2 nights, so it was ok for the price.

This is an affordable place 5 minutes away from the park. Nothing fancy, but has fridge, microwave, HOT water and location is good.
