Location near the highway. Near the Outlet mall. Decided to take the 1st floor room with king king-size bed that faced the inner courtyard with the swimming pool and children's playground. Probably gets noisy if children are staying here. Checked in around 6:00 pm. The inn was relatively low occupancy. The room was a new refurb and very clean. However, after 60 minutes I checked out of the inn for a specific reason which I explain why.

What hotels fail to disclose is the internet speed that they provide. In this case, I was sitting in my room, and I couldn't get a data throughput of greater than 5 Mbps. I walked around the property and checked the Wi-Fi signal strength, it was around -65 dBm. and acceptable. I then realized that the property advertises Wi-Fi and is provided by Comcast. The property chose the Comcast business plan that throttles or limits each guest's data speed to about 5 Mbps. I verified this using my cellphone as well. Trust me, 5 Mbps is quite useless for file transfer or streaming. I marched to the front office, showed them the issue and it seemed that it was a known issue. They even acknowledged that they had poor internet connectivity. This Inn is geared toward family vacations that don't use the internet that much. I'm a solo business traveler, and I realized I made the wrong choice for a hotel with internet service, so I left. Also, I went to the Comfort Inn right beside the Inn and checked their internet speed standing in their front office, it averaged 2.7 Mbps!! I drove over to the Quality Inn on the northeast side of the road, walked in, and checked their internet speed, it was 120 Mbps. Perfect! The moral of this review is that Booking.com only lists Wi-Fi being available, nothing else, no speed to see if it meets your needs. You need to contact each hotel reservation that you make and verify their internet speed, or else you may be in for a big surprise.

the hotel's location was great, it compensated for some of the inconveniences, but also the swimming pool was great, very well-equipped, lots of sunbeds, clean, shower and grill. I had a nice place to relax next to the grill. Very friendly staff, free parking next to the hotel.

The house is a traditional Florida residence with stone and wooden floors and traditional furniture. It is in an quiet area and has a beautiful garden and a fantastic pool.

Bathroom could’ve done with a clean, bed frame had weird metal base that clanged every time you touched it, clothes rail directly above desk so can’t hang anything. Room was also a bit muggy.

fair cleanless the room was not adapted to my needs, also the description on webpage is wrong I selected the 2 rooms suite with the below despcription 1 room= 1 King Bed 2 room= 2 queen beds and I received 1 room= 1king Bed 2 room= 1 Queen Bed And the webpage on expedia shows that the first option that I selected
