The kitchenette is not equipped, it can be hardly used - no plates, no cuttlery, no pots, no stove, no MW. If you do not need kitchenette at all, the room is ideal.

The bar staff at the pub could have been a little friendlier. Sometimes it was really busy in the pub so the wait time was long. I didn't like walking through the people smoking in the casino.

I like being away from the strip but close enough to walk there. I liked the healthy options in the restaurant. I liked that the property had low buildings and trees instead of being a skyscraper. I liked to fitness center and lap swim pool. The prices for food and coffee were reasonable for Vegas.

One criticism is about the smell that permeates throughout the lobby and hallways of hotel. I am not sure if it is related to the cleaning products that are used or it is something in the ventilation system but it is NOT a pleasant smell. Also please delay housekeeping check-ins until closer to the actual check out time. Receiving knocking on my door, that didnt stop even after I said "no, still occupied", rather I actually has to open the door and say that I wasn't checking out until 11, was a bit annoying. Lastly, the gentleman who checked us in seemed rushed and was not very courteous. He also gave us incorrect information about the WiFi password.

The location is great! It takes about 10-15 min to walk to the Strip. The hotel has free parking and there are many restaurants around. There are also 2 pools and nice cafeteria with a great coffee!

Expected better kitchen facilities. Fridge supplied but no microwave or kettle. No plates, cutlery or ceramic cups. I didn't want to eat out every day as the meals are so large in the US. I would have liked to be able to eat something light in my room. Facilities are focused on coffee drinkers! Coffee is supplied, a nice touch, but nothing for Tea drinkers. The coffee pot does not heat the water as much as a proper kettle would. The safe was not working and it took 4 requests before this was fixed.

We stayed for 8 nights. Room was cleaned everyday. Bed was comfy. Had a fight to release the bed sheets after the bed was made though, they were tucked in so tight and the mattress is heavy - I must be a weakling ha ha! Location is about 15 mins from the middle of the strip so convenient to walk. Would stay here again.

I was there a year ago and it seems some small maintenance things have been waiting. Nothing was unsafe.

Great staff! They rival the Midwest. Front desk-Shaun- was exceptionally helpful, especially as I had difficulty checking in for my flight. Every staff member was unfailingly friendly. I'll definitely be back!

Its about 20-30 minutes walk to the strip. Not that close. You will pass a lot of empty parking lots with narrow sidewalks in a busy street.If it doesnt bother you to walk that far and you want it quiet , its a great location.

The room is big and clean . The facility is well maintained and safe. Friendly staff. They were able to let us use a microwave in such short notice. Quiet and good value for the price.

The property does not accept debit cards for security deposit. This resulted in a funny situation, where the card that was used to book a room was rejected at check-in. Can you imagine how stressful it can be for international travellers?! The hotel provides a pre-check in option online before arrival, but that is totally useless: the forms went through, no error messages or warnings, but still there was a problem when I went to pick up keys.
