The bathroom was incredibly small and I had to take a cold shower this morning. They ran out of hot water and there’s no breakfast in the morning not even continental.. The hundred dollar room deposit is a little bit excessive for a hotel that’s not even a three star hotel

There was an old wall ac unit in the room that had a paper sign taped to it that said it was controlled by the wall thermostat. Also a piece of the metal bed frame was sticking out and was very sharp. My travel partner and I pushed it back under the bed to keep from getting injured.

The staff was very nice and made checking in and out a breeze!

They could of cleaned up the hotel room a little more nicer & get new towels & wash clothes for the simple facts they had stains on them

It was kinda loud at times. The door to the room was heavy and loud. The floors in the room were dirty. I had to go down and ask for help because the room wouldn’t cool down. I didn’t know they installed a system under the window. I was annoyed that at booking, it didn’t state that I would be charged extra for my puppy. The lady was kinda rude that checked me in. Also, the second story hallway reeked of marijuana.

The room was spacious. There was a pet area for my dog to go potty.

Crummy location; breakfast not great. Sink in the bathroom didn’t drain properly. Noisy AC.

Staff are friendly, bed comfortable, and the price is cheap making it good value. Decent for an overnight pit stop.

The air conditioning vent was broken needed to be replaced, one of the bed looks as if it was remade and the sheets wasn’t changed. Clerk seemed as she didn’t want to be bothered. As I walked in the door she kept sitting down then ask can she help me while still sitting down.

What made this stay bad was the king bed. You could hear the springs cracking and popping. Very old poor quality bed. Looks like they put a ton of stuff on top of the mattress to hide everything and put a sheet over it. We didn’t sleep at all.

The room i got online said there would be a couch or cot for my child to sleep on and there was only a small chair. They did however apologise for the misunderstanding and gave us extra bedding. Our bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The "hot breakfast" was sad though. The only hot things were making your own waffle and a steam table with steamed tator tots (ew) and frozen sausage links which were also steamed. Not a whole lot of other things were put out i just expected a good hot breakfast buffet.

It was clean and well kept. Smelled clean that was the first thing i noticed. They offered breakfast. The bathtub was big. The furniture was well kept and seemed recently updated. The view from the room was pretty.

First room had what looked like dog hair all over the pillows and sheets. The bathroom shelf was dusty. The second room the floors had hair and dusty

The staff at the front desk was amazing went above and beyond. We had an issue with our first room being clean. She went into the one she put us in the 2nd time and changed the sheets to make sure they were clean for us.

The staff were very helpful. The king size bed was the most uncomfortable that we have experienced in many hotel stays. The breakfast was adequate but limited. It was the same every day.

I felt like an inconvenience when I checked in. The front desk attendant had a million questions about animals, etc. I am not sure if every guest brings a pet but we don’t and being asked a few times if we had pets was annoying.
