Staff were welcoming and efficient. Cafe on site was well priced and food and bar were great. Never had time to check out the pools. Did sit in the garden enjoying a drink and watching the fountain. It's not a Marriott but as an old school motel it was great. It was a great option versus Louisville hotels for the Derby. Room was a good price and well stocked. Bed was comfy and it was quiet. It was only 30 minutes to Churchill Downs

Well its roadside accommodation so it's nothing fancy and there was not much to do within walking area other than the Cafe and bar. Then again, we do usually stay downtown in large cities.

Hotel offers a room that include a living room with a bedroom but living room is without window - I think big room with a bed and a sofa would be much better. Guest were allowed to use a pool in a next-door hotel

Breakfast was horrible - we were going to a next-door hotel. Pool was very small. Gym had only 3 equipment. No late check-out. Very cold in the lobby.

I didn’t like the hotel in the restaurant that they only have a very small menu and they don’t have an extensive menu in the evenings when you go shopping the breakfast is free and very good excellent breakfast only that they should expand the menu for shopping a little more since the menu is short and you have to repeat the food every day you don’t have a variety of food another thing that I didn’t like is that the back of the beds under the beds are dirty it seems that the cleaning staff doesn’t do the cleaning well under the beds but otherwise very good hotel are the greens very spacious of the hotel and you feel peace and tranquility the room is very cozy

The hotel charged me extra 177$ using the card that was in the booking reservation. Two days I was asking why they charged me extra and they did not know the answer. The 3th day explained to me that it was a system error. The hotel refund the amount at the end.
