Laid back, Old Hawaiʻi feel. Beautiful grounds, incredibly convenient to airport/restaurants, ultra friendly staff, cleanliness of room, consistency with every time we stay. Super convenient market with necessities on site.

Room condition is in need of serious maintenance, it still has an 80's feel, which is not saying an 80's feel is bad, but let us say it is a "well worn" hotel and the rooms definitely show their age in all ways.

Rooms were smaller than pictured. Specially the king room super small. My king size room wasnt ready when they had giving it to me so they were kindly to just upgrade me to a 2 queen bed which worked out for my daughter & i. This room was much more regular spacious room as any other normal hotel rooms. rooms were decent to stay and area can be deceiving but its perfectly safe. They do have alot of cliente.

The Standard Queen room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Smooth check-in and shuttle services thanks to excellent staff. Arrived after bar/restaurant hours, but 24hr kiosk has muffins and snacks for vegetarians and hot meaty options if needed. This large old airport inn is for relaxed layover travellers and retro-appreciators who don't mind a little crumbling around the edges. Will probably stay again on my next layover.

There was back-up vehicle beeping throughout the night for some reason. The tea and coffee is at the reception area only so have to be completely dressed for first coffee in the morning.

Very friendly staff. The onsite restaurant has excellent food. The complimentary shuttle to the airport is very handy as this hotel is a fair walk to the terminal. Unlimited tea and coffee at reception area.

Dirty, noisy, hotel under a bridge. Entrance to swimming pool was locked. Very expensive for less fun :-( Never again, rather will be sleeping at the airport. I took it because I return from the Big Island at the evening and my flight was early in the morning.

The room showed it's age . It could have used a bit of a deep clean . The pool water looked dirty we didn't use it .

Close to the airport . Had a small market and pub attached to it . Staff were extremely helpful.. The airport shuttle was handy . Thx to the young surfer guy working in the pub . We enjoyed the chat .

Very old, very basic, very expensive. Very noisy all night: trucks at midnight, car alarms, guests talking very loudly, so much noise all night. The furniture looked like it came from a thrift shop.

The garden area, the coffee 24 hours a day. Some Staff was nice. The shuttle was good.

Rooms were a little run down, cables weren't managed for the microwave/fridge so it made it feel a bit cluttered.

Clean rooms and staff were friendly, plus the AC worked. The airport shuttle is an excellent addition too.

Fairly old facility that needs updating. Not many choices for food within walking distance.

Close to airport with very convenient 24 hour shuttle. Nearby Keʻehi Lagoon Beach Park was a nice place to walk for morning exercise.

Need new beds already, you been running those beds too long. Also the pillows are awful. Pls make an investment in those items and the hotel will be perfect!

I love the location! Parking is AWESOME! The day staff are not as friendly as the evening staff. We usually check in in the night and those staff persons are so nice and helpful! The day staff, not very friendly or even welcoming. But overall me and husband love staying there, best location.

If you arrive at the airport and you need to call the reception for the shuttle to pick you up. I waited at the pre-arranged 1 spot for at least half an hour for the shuttle and I was told the shuttle was coming in 5 minutes! I could have waited in a cooler place if I was told it takes that long! And shuttle driver still didn't have my name and doulbe checked if I was a expected guest of the hotel.

Rooms could use a chair that has a back on them. Really no place to sit. Husband has bad back and sitting in the bed to watch TV or on the funny chair was not an option. A small coffee pot in room would of been a plus
