Our night at The Peabody was exceptional. We chose to spend our 30th anniversary here, and we certainly weren't disappointed. The room was great...clean, comfortable, roomy. The location was wonderful...easy walk to Beale St and great music and restaurants. And, of course, the March of the Ducks! This was truly a dream come true!

They need an elevator solely for the bellman to get luggage to and from rooms. It took at least 20 minutes for us to get an elevator that we could get on. They were all full. Every time one came to us, it was jammed pack. I got my granddaughter the fruit with her dinner. The berries were moldy and “furry”. Text for my car. Was told it would be 8 minutes. Ended up waiting 40 minutes which is a bit excessive

The staff is the best part of this hotel. Everyone is very helpful. Jeffery who brought my luggage in, really went out of his way to make my 2 year old granddaughter happy.

My tub wouldn’t drain. When I would take a shower I would have to pretty much hurry because the water would just stay on the tub.

Loved the location. It’s a beautiful place.

Tiny bathroom and noise from crying child in adjoining room. Poor soundproofing

It is an iconic hotel in a great location. Hotel has a great vibe. Our room was a reasonable size but the bathroom was tiny. Bed was very comfy. Disappointed there were no facilities in the room to make hot drinks but when we asked they brought a kettle and a coffee maker and supplies

The rooms are a little outdated but comfortable.

An iconic hotel that lived up to our expectations. The lobby is beautiful, the "duck" ceremony was unique and enjoyable, and the location was unbeatable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It wasn't clear that I needed to keep my key in order to exit the self parking area, and as a result, I ended up being charged twice. I'm very thankful to Sylvia, who was very helpful in resolving this, and I received a refund.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. Connecting rooms.

A wonderful, historic hotel still in it's glory days.

This is a 5-star hotel, I would say the bathroom was a bit dusty in spots, no turn-down service, trek from the garage to the lobby needs a few arrows or signs, same with finding the valet parking and garage entrance, it's not the address of the hotel...

Location is perfect for a Beale St visit. We only stayed one night in a club king. The room was great, bathroom was good, not great. The hotel itself is wonderful, a real historic gem. Lobby and bar, mezzanine all beautiful. I recommend staying here and will again if I visit Memphis again.

A little dated, felt the room did not reflect the feel of the public areas of the hotel.

Ducks in the lobby are obviously a nice/fun part of staying. Everything was immaculately clean.
