Personel was very friendly, breakfast included was superior quality in terms of South Beach standards (you can't compare mid price hotels to European standards). In my opinion rooms looks better in real than in booking photos. The heated pool was great to play with kiddo. South Beach is super expensive, so in my opinion Leslie is great in terms price vs quality over here. The rooms are super clean and cleaned daily.

Included breakfast have only 5 positions, so if you plan to stay more than 7days it will be monotonous. The walls are very thin, so if you hit a family that can't behave, or partygoers, it can be a problem.

The front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff were friendly and helpful whenever we asked for something. We arrived at 10 am before the official check-in time. However, the staff was able to get the room ready by 2:30, which we greatly appreciate after staying awake for 24 hours.

1. Lack of power sockets to charge a variety of devices. I was only able to find one power sockets on the bed lamp table, crazy for a big room. Recommend a power bar affixed to the main table for easy access. 2. Lack of water kettle for tea or other hot drinks without using the coffee machine to heat the water. 3. Add self-serve washer and dryer so guests can do laundry, especially guests with kids.

great location, very close to the SFO airport that you can get to/from by a free shuttle bus. Overall not a great hotel but if you need somewhere to stay for a night or two its okay.

Shuttle bus drivers rude and in a rush (although the buses are always late). The bathroom 'door' was a sliding door which was in a terrible shape

Accomodation was perfect. Staff were very polite and helpfull. Breakfast ok. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is in good area, where we felt safe. Parking ok.

Our room was not clean. Dust on the table, mirror, and the frame of the bed. Also found in the room a plastic cap from a toothpaste on the floor that was probably from the previous clients. After the first day when we came back in the room we didn’t had any bathrobe anymore… called reception and they confirmed the cleaner probably forgot to bring new ones. Also they mentioned it wil take @ 2 hours to get new ones. We are talking about 10.30 pm The small table in the room was dirty on the side , something like icecream or some kind of cream!
