We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt was off season so some amenities were closed. We chose to buy the breakfast, I did not feel it was properly disclosed that beverages (including coffee) and tax are not included in the flat breakfast rate. The waitress was not very friendly or attentive, I wish I had spent my money elsewhere.
The rooms were clean and spacious, I always enjoy working refrigerators and microwaves. It was quiet and felt secure. The location is great if you plan to take a tour of Canyon de Chelly

United StatesAdvise guests that water has got a lot of (dirt/rust/sediment) in it flowing in both sink and tub and not recommended for drinking. This should be made aware during check-in (when I asked they said that yes, that is normal and people should buy water). There should be a water dispenser in the lobby so guests can fill water bottles before going out. My rate included Breakfast. However we were informed (at the restaurant) that beverages were not included....simple coffee/tea should be part of a breakfast plan. Whilst we didn't need one, there are no elevators for guests who are staying on the second floor.
Location is great for getting to Canyon de Chelley. Nice outdoor pool (cold water!) VERY filling meals (and reasonably priced). Comfortable rooms.
