Positive section of review
Service and staff were absolutely lovely. They offered buffet breakfast which was good. Variety in local dishes was great. Toaster was out of order for a few days and when asked about it one of the staff members was quite rude about it. Rather than having to repeat it being out of order they should have put a sign up. Pool was nice, facility was clean. Close to the main Karon shopping area and a 10 minute walk to Karon Plaza and Temple Karon night markets. Tuk tuks available on the main road including exchange place.

No dinner buffets were available, you had to order food from Kiri's Burger and Bowl from the corner restaurant. No activities are offered. Bit outdated, could use some renovations to the place. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maison. The room was well designed and bed so comfortable, The drinks provided and the coffee machine were an added bonus. Hotel was so close to transport links and being set back from the road was lovely and quiet. Enjoyed the pool after our days out exploring city. Food lovely

I liked that a lot was included in the hotel : pool table, PlayStation, games, fitness center , swimming pool , cleaning everyday , co-working space, water fountain I like the fact that they try to be careful about their water consumption :)

The hotel is not worth the asking price, the reception manager is rude and unhelpful, the room specifications in the applications do not match reality, and I was given a room smaller than what I requested through the application.

Beautiful view and sunset, beach access, location, pool, tidy basic room and well kept facilities.

Cleaning passages next to room (I.e. we had to walk past cleaning storage and trolleys etc to get to our room) and quite average breakfast. The demographic is older which is absolutely fine but we weren’t aware.

Balcony had loads of litter, room was next to the stinky fridge and bathroom so had a mix of poo and mold smell. Also the dorms are actually in the toilet which is strange
