I thought I would be given a balcony on a higher floor that would give me a nice view. However, I was given a balcony on the bottom floor, and people could see me what I was doing. And their glasses aren't privacy glasses, which is a negative point for me.

They had a swimming pool inside the resort. They also had bunglows, if anyone wants to book those.

The room was dirty, trash and some oil on the floor. Asked the front desk for cleaning and someone did visit the room but did not clean up the mentioned things. No water pressure in the shower, also dirty.

Run down a bit. Minor plumbing issues that should be fixed easily in bathroom. Hitel needs some maintenance and it would be so much better. The pool is heated whcih I don't get in a tropical country.

Furniture needs to be improved, pretty old and scratched everywhere. Also cleaning supposed to be done more precise. Toilet paper was not left after cleaning. Also soundproof is terrible. If you are sensitive to sleeping, probably you should not book this hotel or ask at reception most far away room, avoid every coming home neighbour sounds

Location pretty good. The beach close to hotel is lovely, few lovely spots to eat or drink coffee, not too far from port. Pool area seems nice, green pathway to hotel rooms.

Dont go there If you are sensitive to noise as the speakers from nearby mosque are very loud and it starts early morning. Hotel could be refurbished at some point - used up, Especially the bath room where you might get some visitors (gues it were quite large cockroaches) late at night.

Location is good, pool is ok to relax.

Could do with a bit of instructions for the air conditioning and general info about the venue. Room could be more secure for the patio door. Would be great to have had a breakfast option.

Great location away from the noisy centre of the island. Short walk to the glorious Long beach and secluded beaches close to Viking. Great to shower and jump in the pool at the end of the day too

Not too much noise cancelling, so we enjoyed all our misbehaving fellow travellers at 3 am.

Room maintenance

The property and the location is good but staff doesn’t take care of it. This property has potential to become on of the best in Phi Phi, but the staff which consists of teenage girls too, is not trained enough to clean the room properly. You will find minor damages to the furniture, some defects and the bathroom seems to be not painted at all. Could you please change the bathroom paint or at least put sone tiles on the walls hotel guys? Other than these issues, the location is right in front of a nice beach where you can take bath and come back and sit in a large hotel swimming pool! The property is very good from outside and the greenery with lots of huts and pathway is amazing. The only problem lies with the maintenance of rooms!

When we arrived initially we noticed the bed sheets had stains on them. I spoke with the staff at the reception and they were very apologetic and housekeeping changed the sheets straight away.

Highly recommend. There was someone at the port to take our bags to the hotel and same when we were leaving. Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything. Great pool and right on the beach. Lovely staff.

Our shower did not drain correctly because the ground was uneven. So there was already water pooled there when we arrived, along with another puddle near the sink. The shower pressure was also quite weak. These issues arent major but for the price I expected better. The Mosque was very loud early in the morning one day so may not be suitable to light sleepers.
