It was a large hotel so many people constantly walking in from the pool/beach and the floors were dirty in the reception and near the lifts. The floor in our room was not cleaned properly when we arrived, there was lots of sand. One of the pools was very dirty during the stay we couldn’t use and the other wasn’t the cleanest either but better. Didn’t have much dealing with staff but you cannot rent a scooter from here.

It was in a great location near Karon beach, short walk to the market and loads of restaurants nearby. The hotel is quiet and there are 2 pools. One with music playing and the other quiet.

The gym is very small with minimal equipment and a fan instead of air con but as long as no more than 2 or 3 people at a time you can still achieve a functional work out.

The size of the room and bed was big and a good size balcony. Really liked the location in walking distance of many places (massages, restaurants, 7/11, beach) also have a beach blanket in the room you can borrow. It was my partners birthday so I always appreciate when hotels acknowledge and they displayed a lovely welcome in the towel shapes and flower petals.

no night security, we got chased through the hotel by a drunk Russian at 3am.

Everything was nice, we didn't have breakfast or eat at the hotel as there are lots of places nearby. Beds were nice, linen was nice, cleaning service was lovely.

The bedding smelled sweaty and used - but the lovely cleaning lady changed the pillows that were stained and changed the bedding for us. Much appreciated. Didn't like being within meters of a cellphone tower. If we came back I would want a room much further away.

Stayed first night in standard room at back of hotel due to availability. Good value but a bit small and noisy with town nightlife. A bit crowded. No working air conditioning in gym which made it unusable.

Great location in the heart of town with short walk to the beach. Pool view room very comfortable. Helpful staff who arranged transport for us to the new destination. Interesting styling. Excellent value.

They have 2 big buildings, so it is a bit crowded. The room seems to be somehow smaller (as they don't have a dressing and you have to let you luggage on the floor, within a small area)

It is a nice place, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is really cool (a lot of choices and shuffled day by day). The hotel is close to the beach (3 minutes walking), and there are multiple vedors on the same street (fruits, trips, clothes, massage). They also offer 10% less at their restaurant if you are sleeping here.

The two slight negatives above . No restaurant, only breakfast (but multiple options just outside). A bit big and crowded around pool, lifts etc.

Great location. Can't remember the exact terminology, but the better pool view room on the 4th floor was excellent and spacious. The standard room where we had to spend one night due to availability was fine, but a bit short on space for bags etc. The back side of the hotel also a bit noisy with Karon nightlife. Best features were short walk to the beach and restaurants and town life just up the short lane. Staff helpful with arranging ride to next location.

My main issue was that the tiling in the shower was uneven, meaning water did not lead to the drain. This meant that every time you took a shower, a large puddle of cold water would remain. Also, some guests (namely some British and Russians) were sometimes loud, rude, or messy; though this is not the fault of the hotel.

The pillows and bed were comfortable, the location was ideal for walking to the beach, plenty of amenities for beach and swimming trips were provided, and the hotel was of exceptional value. I always enjoyed the swimming pool and had a great balcony view. They even left some adorable towels folded to resemble elephants.

Somebody must stop crazy people jumping and swimming at 2am. not bad idea refresh silicone in bathroom and coat of paint in bedroom Aircon looks coming down from the ceiling could be dangerous for some people

The pool it faced people's rooms and there was areas that needed repaired such as under the fake grass.

The location was perfect 2 minutes walk to the beach and right beside restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good there was a good variety although eggs were cold on few occasions which was disappointing. Not a lot of English speaking guest mainly people from Russia. We booked a Deluxe Double room with pool view online it did not quite match the specifications minus the bath tub. The couch had an awful stain on it not a good look when we arrived but staff covered it with a blanket. Staff are very friendly and hard workers the room was cleaned, Dailey, aswell as the outdoor area. Minor repairs needed at the pool area under fake grass. Good budget hotel and perfect location. There was a red building that was part of the hotel the decor on this side was beautiful very well presented. Room was kitted out with bathrobes, beach bag and mat aswell as robes.

The pool area was a huge disappointment. We visited it twice but only because it was so hot we really needed to cool down. I really dont mind music around the pool but it was so loud you couldnt hear yourself think ! The pool itself was quite dirty and the garden area was not good, we felt it really let the hotel down

I'd notified the hotel in advance to say our stay was part of the holiday for my husband's 60th and they did a beautiful towel arrangement on the bed on arrival. The room was clean, bed was huge and very comfortable. Shower and toilet were quite compact but the shower was good. There was not much storage space for clothes but there were bath robes, pools shoes, beach bag and towels and two bottles of water left for us everyday. Hotel was in excellent location and we didnt hear any noise upon returning to our room of an evening. They were bars, restaurants, supermarkets just a minutes walk away and the beach was about a 5 minute walk.

Quite a lot of Russian tourists in the whole areas which can bring mixed up feelings. They took all of sun chairs/loungers most of the time in advance with their towels.

The most value of this hotel is the good customer service, friendly and clear communication of this hotel staff. They tried to help you almost everything that you asked for, even help my daughter send the post card to her grandmother cause we couldn't find where is the place sell stamps nowadays. The family room where we stayed has a smart European design, which creating more space for using, with large mirrors with tailoring details such as white towels indoor and gray towels in pool/beach, beach mattress, beach sandals, water bottles, electric kettle, teabags and coffee...
