The room was lovely. A good size. The pool was nice and usually quite in the evenings. There was plenty of room to lie out. The location was good. Close to the beach and a 15 min walk from a big lotus. We got water every day. It was great having plates, forks and knives and a fridge to use during our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly

The location was perfect. A walk away from the train station and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly. The place was clean and modern. The room was nice. There was a kitchen with everything you would need to use along with cold drinking water stored in the fridge.

The location of the hotel was very central but quiet. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel gym was well equipped and other amenities like the pool and spa were top class.

The second room in the suite was smaller than expected. The space could've been better managed if the bed sizes had been reduced to create more moving room. The tea service in the room was sparsely equipped and could have more options for tea/coffee.

I had someone walk into my room in the middle of the night as their key worked, felt unsafe as travelling alone. Staff didn't seem to concerned. Room and facilities dated and not well constructed
