How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

As many reviews say the facility is up dated. Well designed room but moldy walls, old arts and many damages. It was a bit scary.
The staff was nice, especially the cleaning lady!! Once I told her to give us new water, shampoo, shower gel and clean towel. She remembered and changed or added more next day too:)) The pool was nice and they have clean towels for the pool too. It was comfortable enough for this price.

Very much in need of refurbishment. The rooms felt very dark too so need better lighting.
Friendly staff, good location and clean. We liked the small pool area with pool towels supplied.

Dodgy chinese looking old lady as one of the staff with an ominous laugh.. mildly annoying.. be aware.. all other Thai staff were friendly and helpful..
It’s a nice enough hotel. Room is cool, I enjoyed it. Lighting is dark though but that’s the design. Pool area is sort of tiny but okay. Staff cleaned the room very well. Fast wifi with ethernet. I would recommend this hotel. Lots of cool restaurants and themed bars and sports pubs a short walk down the road…

Overall the room ids a bit old but I hear the hotel is to be refurbished soon.
The swimming pool on the rooftop is definitely worth it - small but super nice and with an open view. My room was quite comfy, large bed, bath tub and shower, with a big window that stares at the street (so not much privacy but lots of light). The location is amazing, close to soi 11, Nana BTS, but without the noise of the main streets. Was definitively pleasantly surprised ! The staff was very nice which is a plus, and the wifi worked pretty well overall.

The rooms are older than it looks in the pictures, some maintenance would be needed, the pool it’s not so big. But overall the stay was ok.

The room was too small. I requested a room which would give us enough room for my wife and I and our 10’yr old daughter. We had to share one double bed, which is not great with a 10 year old. Also, even though there were three of us in the room, only two towels were supplied meaning that we had to get extra towels from the pool area. On the first night at the hotel my daughter wanted a bath, when she went into the bath tub, discovered glass shards, we reported the issue with reception the following morning and even though they said they would clean, they did not. I had to clean the bath myself using a towel which I had brought home with me and discard it afterwards. My wife and daughter also fell ill with severe cough which required I antibiotic treatment. As microbiologists we suspected an issue with the AC which had not been maintained for two years and we suspect their infection was due to a combination of bacterial / fungal contamination and also other allergens in the dirty filters. Finally, whilst the room was cleaned every day. The cleaning was superficial, one day I dropped my phone under the bed and when I reached under to collect it, I was disgusted by the dust under the bed and round the bed frame (photos attached) Thus, whilst I cannot praise the staff enough, this is a hotel that I would not recommend.
The location was good for the purpose of our visit. Close enough to the British and Spanish embassies and easy access to tourist attractions by taxi and sky train

Spacious room at a reasonable price in the hip Sukhumvit area. This hotel is located in a pretty quiet street for Bangkok standards and in walking distance of many bars and clubs. Try the Havana Social Club if you’re into dancing. Big Pao’'s for relaxing with friends.

The toilet flush wasnt that good. it took a long time. Furniture old but ok
It was very nice the pool seemed to be cool but we didnt use it. We had the oppurtunity for early check in that was amazing. The room was good but old. But ok.
