Checking in, I wasn't aware that the room was a separate contactor, I wasn't happy giving passport details via the internet to someone I haven't met.

Not really didn’t like, but just need to know there is no reception or check in - it’s privately managed so you need to be able to call someone and so you need to use data and phone services as required- once you get the access card and code it’s well worth it.

Being nitpicking there were a couple of details that could have been better. Having to enter an eight digit pin every time I entered was a pain; especially after a few cocktails! The apartment was generally clean, but it could have been cleaner. Nothing serious, just a cobweb by the side of the bed and a little black mould down a couple of grout lines in the shower. Neither serious but they did unnecessarily detract.

The apartment complex itself was nice. I cant say I made particular use of the pool but did enjoy the ground and fifth floor garden areas which were nice spots to relax. As to the apartment itself it was compact but well appointed. The kitchennete had a good size fridge freezer and that cutlery, glasses and china were present was good; shockingly I have stayed at places that didn't provide such! The air conditioning was effective and not too intrusive and the bed comfortable. With very little noise from other apartments I slept well.

Their phone number did not work with my US AT&T phone…. Only WhatsApp number worked. A check-out time related message was sent by the owner on the check-in date, which can lead to some confusion… My «confirmed reservation» was not immediately found by the concierge, but the issue was eventually resolved.

The bath towel was worn out, frayed with holes in it, the other towels were discoloured and old, despite informing the owner nothing was done. Shampoo and shower gel were supplied in doll sized bottles, I'd suggest having wall dispensers Cooker didn't work Suggest some of the things are replaced now as starting to look shabby ie the tray and soap dispenser at the wash basin. Bin in the toilet is starting to rust. Put the plastic flowers in the bin. No housekeeping during my 4 day stay.

There was quite a lot of noise even though i was on the 29th floor from the bars below. Also the lift pinging was very audible even though i was at least 60-70mtrs away The shower tray did not empty

A bit small: smaller than even an average hotel room.

Excellent location. Lots of great restaurants just the next street over. Excellent swimming pool with jacuzzi. Incredible view from the top.

Painful check-in as there is no reception or local contact on site. All over the fone via whatsapp and since they probably advertise the properties on several websites it take time to identify your booking and give you tge code to access the mailbox with tge key to the flat.

There are some peoples behaviours too bad I see the 2 men's at swimming pool me and other girls they take pictures & videos on his phone silently so me & other girls was not comfortable and next day they meet at lift.. my husband also here but the men was behaviours too bad so we planned to check out next day

We rented 2 apartments and in one of them there was no trash cans. In the other one we had both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Also in one of the rooms there was no hairdryer depsite it saying on the website that there would be a hairdryer.

Amazing pool and location, really nice views. It was so easy to just jump on a buss on saisong road for 10 baht and get to all the big malls, the beach and walking street.
