No water in the evening. (2 Nights) was solved in 2 hours.

Originally I took a room without air con…not a good choice. That room was not sealed well and there were bugs in there. Not to mention hot as hell obviously. Felt like I was sleeping in a sweaty, dirty closet. Actually woke up with a large beetle crawling in my face lol. Moved to an AC room…much nicer. Walls and floors sealed…no bugs except some cockroach’s in bathroom but it’s Thailand. Slept with bathroom light on, then no problem. Definitely pay the extra and get a room with AC and you’ll be happy with this property. It’s not a high end hotel….these are older bungalows set up pretty high on a hill. Pool is really cool! AC in room I moved to was nice and cool! Staff were nice.

The pool and the bar up at the pool is really amazing in a rustic and natural kind of way. Feels really hidden and tropical almost like you’re in a jungle. Little homemade swim up bar was awesome and fun and always had great music playing. Drinks were affordable and it’s a fun little place in the world to chill. You make the climb up there and it’s like Wow…so cool! Pool temperature is very refreshing, others I’d been to very almost like a hot tub. It was 100 degrees so a cooler pool was so incredible. Location was good, pretty quiet, and close enough to walk to everything. Far enough away from the beach that the constant evening Techno music pumping til 3AM could almost not be heard!

Water was dirty so toilet water would be brown and sink water would turn brown, blinds let in a lot of light and are too small for the window so if people walk past your room they can see in,

Our power went off in the middle of the night, so we had to sleep in a very hot bungalow! They also had an A/C in our bungalow but we had to pay 1120 baht to turn it on, which is in my eyes way to much money. Staff couldn’t speak English very well and didn’t really feel bad for us.

It is very basic accommodation which can get quite hot because there is no air con. Just a shame our neighbours were so loud and meant we didn’t have such a great sleep. Overall good value for money!

It was quite cool to stay in the bungalows as we hadn’t stayed in anything else like it before. It had a nice breakfast and a pool and gym!

Basic. Ok to have a place to crash. A bit far to the pier but the island is small anyway. Good value for money for a few days. The shower is quite good and new

There was sadly no wifi in the rooms, only in the communal areas. Also the bathroom was quite dingy and unclean.

The accommodation has a lovely outside chill area with a pool, bar and small reading room/library. Also it is easy to walk from Tropical Garden Bungalow to the main pier/restaurants in Phi Phi.

Mosquitoes were a pain but that was my own fault for not having spray with me.

The pool is beautiful, the location of the property is perfect, 5 minutes away from the beach and just far enough that you can’t hear the loud music at nights. There’s 3 gorgeous viewpoints right next door. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the price is cheaper than most dorms.

I think that water pressure under the shower could have been better. Also the oath leading to my apartment wasn't very clean.

I really liked the swimming pool. Also the stuff was trying to be helpful. Even tho not every stuff member spoke English they were willing to help.

We did not have hot water, they told us was only for bongalows. We found one cucaracha in the room. But okey we were surronded by nature so we understaned.

The stuff was really nice. The pool was so cool! They had gym and one small tree House where you could read. Was so relaxing and nice to be there!! They were giving free coffe and tea! We LOVE It!

Because the property is surrounded by jungle, there are a lot of bugs around at night especially, which makes it very uncomfortable to lounge in the area. Also the curtain in our room wasn’t very private, we had a fan room and it would blow quite easily, and our room window opened out onto the Main Street, so people could see into the room. Felt a lot of bed bugs in the bed too. We had bed liners in our packs so it wasn’t an issue, but just to be aware the sheets aren’t very clean.

The location was great, still close to the main strip on the island but not loud at night. The staff were lovely and very friendly, the flush in our toilet was broken the first day and they fixed it quickly with no issue after. The room was lovely and rustic, exactly what we expected, and we enjoyed it.

The facilities need urgent renovation. The bathroom is very deteriorated. The sink leaked from below. A single plug and reachable in the entire room. There is no refrigerator in the room. The pool loungers were almost all broken. There were no umbrellas in the pool area. The "pool" had too much chlorine that your eyes stung a lot. The accommodation in the photos looks much better than it really is.
