A high-class hotel situated in the heart of Bangkok, featuring helpful and kind staff. They even upgraded one of our rooms to ensure they were adjacent. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was rich and varied. The hotel boasts a fantastic rooftop pool, a well-equipped gym, and a bar with stunning city views.

The room was better then expected loads of space really comfy bed and good aircon. Our room was cleaned everyday and the breakfast buffet was really good with loads of options.

The location is just fantastic. The room is big. It's great value for money. Everything is close to the location. There are two 7/11s in the vicinity not too far away.

The host does not speak English well. On the first day I asked for an iron and they did not seem to know what I was asking for. The next day I had a conference to attend and got the iron just one hour before my conference. They actually had an iron but did not understand that I was looking for it the night before. It was a major inconvenience for me because this happened. The other thing is that they do not have a cupboard to hang clothes. For something like attending a conference, this is not the right accommodation. For a casual visit, it is perfect.

Plenty of greenery, fantastic food and very helpful staff. Hotel very well kept. Calming oasis in the busy Puhket. Very comfortable beds abd well designed rooms.
