The towels were always clean but they were white but obviously weren´t very new so they were no longer bright white but this didn't bother me much as I could tell they were clean.

I loved that the beach was not crowded at all and as I was travelling alone I felt comfortable leaving the few things I had with me on the bench when I took a quick dip in the ocean. The restaurant staff are exceptional ! So nice, always smiling and don´t mind special requests. Great coffee and the food is very good. The room was clean and spacious. Working fridge, AC good and nice to have a balcony. There were 2 bed side lamps but the jack needed to be replaced, were all crooked. I had stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and that time we got one of the wooden huts which is very nice and has extra character. I used the massage on the beach by the hotel(there are several on the beach) every other day Overall, a nice relaxing hotel to stay at and good value.

The hotel is a little run down but nothing major with the rooms. Pool could do with some work but otherwise perfect

Highly recommend stayed in the hotel room for 4 nights lovely room good bath room and great AC. Location is 5 min walk from 7/11 and right on the beach. Staff are lovely and friendly. They make a great effort in evenings by putting on fire shows free.

Don't book the superior Cottage. When we got there everything was very old, the sink was dripping, the shelves in the closet were broken and there were a lot of holes in the walls and doors. But the staff was very kind and helpful and moved us to a different room. The towels had some stains.

We were moved to a room in the hotel and it was really really great. The room was big and bright, the beds were comfortable and we had a great view from the balcony. Everything was working great and the room service cleaned our room everyday. The beach was also very pretty and close. The Staff has always been very kind and helped with everything you needed. Really big thank you to all the people caring for us.

The location was perfect, right in front of the beach, very quiet area but close enough of the main streets. Room was very spacious and confortable. Cleaning was excelent and done everyday. The staff were super super friendly particularly in the restaurant/bar.

Great Price Quality Ratio on Choeng Mon Beach. Is it old fashioned? Yes. Is it fancy? No. Is it comfortable and can you enjoy your stay directly on the beach? Yeeees. We stayed 1 week with Kids in renovated 1st floor and liked it much. You can use Kayak or Paddle Board from Hotel for free. From Hotel Restaurant you see beautiful beach with fine sand and warm sea. Food is fine, but could be cheaper, It is not a tourist trap, in comparison to restaurant on the street only 5 min far by walk (Khun Yak f.e.) you pay 2x more. If you looking for unexpesive accomodation with direct beach access where everything works you are on the right address. Book directly form booking.com (no add) it is significantly cheaper than on place.

The bungalow was near the restaurant, swimming pool, and beach. You could listen to music from your patio and enjoy the view. Massage service was just a step away. The sea is perfect for small children and babies, as it is only knee-deep

Spoke to front desk to reserve ride to airport and even paid but there was no one that morning to help nor ride. We had to take a Grab to get to the airport.

Mattresses required replacing, curtain poles hanging off walls, rooms not cleaned in hidden areas. Outside areas could be tidier. General updating/modernising of hotel. Restaurant decking and pool need maintaining.

There wasn’t anyone on reception, when we did find the lady although she was happy enough to help she couldn’t speak a single word of English which meant she had to call someone else, the towels had a lot of stains on them & our balcony door wouldn’t lock!the pool was tiny & didn’t look very clean so we didn’t even use it, the entrance to the hotel is along a very dark uneven road so be careful at night when walking. The whole outside areas need a good kärcher & a bit of TLC.

Nice room, beach to the right of the hotel was great fun with the waves crashing against each other, entertainment at night & the fire show was great too.

If it was closer to Chaweng, but it wasnt a deal breaker.

It was quiet, relaxing and spacious enough for 3 guys to feel comfortable. It was a bit far from the city centre, but the lady at the reception would call us a taxi and it was cheaper than the prices we would be given to return which was appreciated. We stayed for one night during travels to other islands, but I would stay here again for sure.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The venue has a pool that is not mentioned in the facilities it has to offer. The hotel is also pet friendly. The location on the beach is perfect and tranquil.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The rooms were not only clean, but also luxuriously appointed, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant offered a wide range of delectable dishes, all expertly prepared and presented. Additionally, the complimentary parking was a convenient bonus. Overall, our experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The massage next door was an extra bonus.
