Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The Hotel was clean and tidy and the owner and staff were excellent and couldn’t more helpful. The price for bed and breakfast is excellent and in my opinion too cheap.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. Yes, it's a little further away from the old town, but it's totally worth it. Clean rooms, swimming pool and great breakfast. What to say about the staff? Incredible! Angoon is so attentive and helpful. you have to know this place! I spent my birthday here and I couldn't have chosen better!

Angoon kindly provided us a list of possible activities in Chiang Mai and offered his help to us at all times. He really did go above and beyond expectations, even bringing us a cold drink by the pool! Thank you!!

IrelandWifi speed exists, but is extremely slow.
Angoon is a fantastic host, he makes everything enjoyable. Hotel has a vintage lift, slow and basically a large dumb-waiter, but gives the place an amazing charm. Awesome using it, if you have bad knees like me. Choice of breakfasts. Tiny but nice pool. All of this for €11 per night ?!? Extraordinary. We have already booked our next stay there.

I'm always good with basic accommodation, a clean room and bathroom, a comfy bed and a working AC is all I need. For me good service is more important than a luxurious room. And my expectations were met with the room and exceeded with the service. The staff was always friendly and especially Angoon (one of the hotel owners) was always there to help if you had a problem, a question, wanted or needed something. I'd give a 11 out of 10 if I could. Breakfast was yummy and consists of 5 choices (3 Thai options, American or sandwiches). What I also want to mention is that you have plenty of food, a 7-Eleven and a laundromat right across the street.

The pool is exelente because chiangmai is hot weather. Parking safe with cameras. You have 7 eleven, laundry service and street food just in front of the entry. Good for family with children And good for socialising also.

The hotel is a very chill space, with a very welcoming and caring owner. Our room was spacious and clean, facing away from the street which made it a very pleasant stay. The furniture was fine as well. Can only recommend it if you don't want to stay in the old city. Price was good as well
