White towels no longer white and could do with a change but minor point as they were clean.

The Hotel was clean and tidy and the owner and staff were excellent and couldn’t more helpful. The price for bed and breakfast is excellent and in my opinion too cheap.

It was perfect.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. Yes, it's a little further away from the old town, but it's totally worth it. Clean rooms, swimming pool and great breakfast. What to say about the staff? Incredible! Angoon is so attentive and helpful. you have to know this place! I spent my birthday here and I couldn't have chosen better!

Angoon and staff were all super friendly, helpful and attentive. Transfer from airport, which was booked through the hotel was very smooth, as was our check in. Angoon kindly provided us a list of possible activities in Chiang Mai and offered his help to us at all times. He really did go above and beyond expectations, even bringing us a cold drink by the pool! Thank you!!

Wifi speed exists, but is extremely slow.

Angoon is a fantastic host, he makes everything enjoyable. Hotel has a vintage lift, slow and basically a large dumb-waiter, but gives the place an amazing charm. Awesome using it, if you have bad knees like me. Choice of breakfasts. Tiny but nice pool. All of this for €11 per night ?!? Extraordinary. We have already booked our next stay there.

First of all, the hotel manager Angoon is a great friend.🤗😍🙏 He is supportive, friendly and hospitable in every way. I was very pleased to meet him. The hotel staffs were also very cute and friendly. They done their best to help😘❤️🙏 I stayed in a room with 4 beds. It was very clean ❤️🙏 Thank you very much for everthing 🤗❤️❤️❤️🙏

I'm always good with basic accommodation, a clean room and bathroom, a comfy bed and a working AC is all I need. For me good service is more important than a luxurious room. And my expectations were met with the room and exceeded with the service. The staff was always friendly and especially Angoon (one of the hotel owners) was always there to help if you had a problem, a question, wanted or needed something. I'd give a 11 out of 10 if I could. Breakfast was yummy and consists of 5 choices (3 Thai options, American or sandwiches). What I also want to mention is that you have plenty of food, a 7-Eleven and a laundromat right across the street.

The hotel is outside the area where most backpackers stay, but I was very fine with that!

Dorm room was very clean, with a lamp and power plugs next to each bunk, locker provided, even a balcony.. breakfast and pool included.. staff extremely helpful and nice.. and all that for such a good price.. what else to ask for? :) personal highlight: a big, thick blanket

The owner and stuff fix all what I need . The attention is amaizing. They clean and made the room every day. Breakfast super good,you can choose what do you want. The pool is exelente because chiangmai is hot weather. Parking safe with cameras. You have 7 eleven, laundry service and street food just in front of the entry. Good for family with children And good for socialising also.

For the cost it’s a great place, Friendly and helpful Owner, it’s quiet.and in a good location to explore the city. Shops in easy walking distance and organised our trips for elephant sanctuary and cooking classes.

The location is like 10-15min taxi drive away from the old city, but it's so doable.

The hotel is a very chill space, with a very welcoming and caring owner. Our room was spacious and clean, facing away from the street which made it a very pleasant stay. The furniture was fine as well. Can only recommend it if you don't want to stay in the old city. Price was good as well
