Very welcoming staff, very clean hotel and room, good restaurant and excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Yes, the room looked a bit tired, and the aircon was a bit noisy, but this didn't spoil our stay as everything was comfortable and functional. The electric blind in the room was a bonus and helped a lot to keep the scorching sun out. I can't thank the amazing staff of the hotel enough. You made our stay really special!

I didn't particularly like to leave my credit card details for the use of the iron and the ironing board. I do, however, appreciate it is a security measure for the damage of the mentioned above items and the room, and had to be done.

We only spent one night here during our journey along the Rota Vicentina. The location is very convenient for those hiking this trail. Although you walk a bit out of town, you save some distance the next day. The accommodation is in a rustic style, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The large common area with a kitchen is well-equipped. Communication with the owner went smoothly; he is very helpful and friendly.

We only used the accommodation for one night during our journey along the Rota Vicentina. The apartment had a sleeping loft, was clean, and well-equipped. There's also a pool in the courtyard area, although we didn't use it, it was nice to look at =) The location is peaceful, and within a few minutes' walk, you can reach a beautiful beach. The check-in process went smoothly.

The Arch - Charming Apartments in the Historic Center

It's in a really great location, right near the main arch. The room was large and very comfortable. It included a small kitchen with pretty much everything to prepare a lite meal. There was quite a large outdoor area on the first floor with seating and a table to enjoy the evening with a glass on wine. No breakfast included but many cafes around.

Very central apartment in Bairro Alto - all the bars are right around the corner. There was wine and coffeepads for us to use/drink and the kitchen is nicely equipped for a short stay. You won't need to carry keys around since the door is (un)locked with a passcode.

The bars are still very much there when you try to sleep at 3 a.m. though, and the windows in the main room are not keeping the noise out :-) The bedroom has no windows and you'll be staying on two realtively narrow single beds.

Really pleasantly located at the outskirts of Ponta Delgada, Quinta dos 10, is a great accommodation. The host & team are doing an incredible job in cleaning and making you feel welcome. Wonderful hot tub and nicely decorated home. Parking was great as well!
