Really pleasantly located at the outskirts of Ponta Delgada, Quinta dos 10, is a great accommodation. The host & team are doing an incredible job in cleaning and making you feel welcome. Wonderful hot tub and nicely decorated home. Parking was great as well!

We had a great time at this place. Everything was very clan, the beds was very comfortable, the kitchen was full equipped and offered a great coffee.  Very clean beautiful property, with nice view, very quiet and relaxing … we loved the chickens, also very friendly :) Anna and her Family are very friendly. They took very good care of us und we got some homemade cake, and some other delicious staff like cheese, marmalade. Definitely worth to stay there and we would go back there

Everything was more than perfect! Nothing we didn’t like.

We stumbled upon a hidden gem when we stayed at this farmhouse, and it exceeded every expectation. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was truly remarkable. The farmhouse itself was a picture of rustic charm, with a stunning interior that effortlessly blended modern comforts with the coziness of a bygone era. But it was the surroundings that truly took our breath away. The spacious yard, adorned with endless hydrangeas in a riot of colors, felt like a slice of heaven. We spent our mornings sipping coffee outside, listening to the soothing sounds of nature all around us. This farmhouse isn't just a place to stay, it's a place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of life, to reconnect with nature, and to create lasting memories. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with hosts who pour their hearts into making your stay special, look no further. This place is a true gem.

Quinta dos 10 is an amazing property. The grounds and villas are stunning. Fully equipped and comfortable, and Ana the host was friendly and helpful. The location is the perfect spot for exploring both sides of the island, just a little outside of Ponta Delgada (5-10 minutes).

Absolutely perfect stay. The house was amazing and comfortable, ample parking and the gardens and pool were simply on point. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our holidays with our 5 years old son.

Quinta dos 10 was remarkable. The setting was gorgeous, a former orange plantation that still has orchards. The view out of our house (there are three different "houses" that share the grounds and pool) was breathtaking. The hosts, Ana and Antonio, were gracious, communicative and extremely responsive to any issues and questions we had. We returned from a day of sightseeing to find delicious cheeses and breads on our dining table. Highly recommend this stay.

Extraordinary hosts, extremely kind, prompt and helpful I received an answer in a few minutes to any message-request sent on whatsapp Once every 2 days a small surprise just for our taste Initially, the fridge was full of delicious products. Then a special plate with local cheeses. Like at the end a little watermelon from their garden. It was delicious Thank you extraordinary people

My stay in Quinta dos 10 was enchanting. Whole property is amazing with beautiful big green gardens, that are taken care of a lot! A lot of green, beautiful views and peace = paradise. Amenities (jacuzzi, pool, parking, interior, kitchen, bathroom, living room) - are all amazing and exceeded my expectations. Perfect for all- solo travelers, couples or entire families. Place is full of beautiful details. Cleaning service is fast, efficient and unnoticeable. Check in is easy and fast, with clear instructions. Ana is an exceptional host. She is really caring, values privacy but also very approachable and pleasant to talk to. I am really glad I had a chance to talk to her on my final night. On the second day I got the cutest little gift from the hosts: Queijada da Vila - traditional sweet dish from São Miguel island made of cheese. It was so soft and tasted so good! This was a very pleasant surprise with perfect customer service and detail-orientation. I loved my stay at Quinta dos 10, and it even enhanced my perfect experience on this breathtaking island. I will definitely return here!

The entrance to the property wasn't marked at all and created some difficulties to initially access.

The location was convenient and the apartment set in a beautiful estate. The interior space of the villa was more than ample and the finishes of high quality. Once access was established, it was very convenient and easy to enter and exit. We loved the estate in which it was situated.
