I didn't expect the room to be that small. But if you are visiting Lisbon just for a few days with a small bag then it's just perfect.

We brought some dinner in as we were exhausted from our day touring and we were given a hard time. We understood not eating in the room and were happy to eat outside, but were still reprimanded.

It was a very lovely property kept in beautiful clean condition.

The bed in our room was great for one of us and really hard for the other. Perhaps there would be a way to mitigate the discomfort.

Incredibly warm welcome, beautiful decor and perfect location. Staff were so kind with lots of little touches such as notes with recommendations and a welcome pastel de nata! Breakfast was really high quality.

Can’t think of anything

Breakfast was great plenty of choice for a continental breakfast, great way to start the day. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful at any time of day. Location was fab, slightly out of the super busy areas with a short walk in. View point in close distance which was a real highlight. Hotel itself was lovely super clean and the size is just what you need of the room we stayed in. We really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend

Lack of storage in the room (hooks, drawers/shelves, hangers) made unpacking inconvenient but this is literally the only down side which is worth the compromise for such an otherwise enjoyable stay

Gorgeous boutique hotel, varied breakfast options, comfortable room with good Aircon, very accommodating and friendly staff. Will rebook for my next trip without a second thought.

you have to consider that it is located in steep street that is very hard to get in and out by car,. There is no elevator in the hotel .

The room was comfortable but simple. Needed minor improvements including a bin and hooks to store coats. We also struggled to get the temperature right on the shower, was only ever too hot or too cold.

Staff were super attentive and went out of their way to make our stay special. They noticed it was my friend's birthday on check-in and left a brownie and some wine waiting for us after our day out. We were met with a glass of wine from our taxi transfer and the staff were super helpful with letting us store bags before our flight home and providing space to sit and charge our phones before we left.

In our room, there was some noise coming from a water pump due to the age of the building. Upon mentioning this, the staff promptly made adjustments to reduce the noise. While my travel companions didn't mind, it was initially bothersome to me. However, after informing the staff, it ceased to be an issue. Overall, our room was clean and peaceful.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the tram 28 stop (a 3-minute walk) and the ferry/metro/train station (a 10-minute walk), making it easy to explore the city. The staff is helpful and able to provide recommendations, and they are more than happy to assist with bookings, ensuring we made the most of our vacation. In the bathroom, we were delighted to find my favorite soap and shampoo from Rituals, and we were provided with extra towels for the swimming pool, which, although small, was enjoyable. In conclusion, the decor was charming, the beds were comfortable, and the ambiance was inviting, but it was truly the exceptional staff that turned our vacation into an unforgettable experience.
