What an amazing experience! The space itself is beautiful and clearly kept up with pride and love, it was spotless. The grounds and outside space were gorgeous and very inviting. Beautiful rooms. There were so many thoughtful details, in the rooms they left a small bottle of homemade brandy from grapes from the property and there was fresh made cake in the kitchen when we arrived. The staff and owner were extremely hospitable and friendly and had excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. And the breakfast was excellent! Overall this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Highly recommend!

The location is superb in Chiado close to every major attraction. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a kids' center and it was perfect as we left our two boys (7 and 3 years old) for a morning. The staff there is caring and kind. This is is a must hotel for any family with little ones. Breakfast is good with a nice selection. Make sure to go next door to "Landeau" and get the most amazing chocolate cake (You're welcome) :)

There was a smell of insecticide by our door on the outside. They must have sprayed right before we checked in.

Beautifully modern designed hotel- superb position for sightseeing. The reception staff were truly outstanding, particularly Maria. Porto’s Jewel. Whoever selects the people who work there does an outstanding job. They are very well trained in hospitality and have the right personalities to work in the hospitality industry. Congratulations to the hotel- fabulous visit and happy memories!

Paulo was a super host. You can really feel he enjoys welcoming his guests and having them at his place. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a big and comfortable bed and a prived spark clean bathroom just for me :) The metro station was just 5 min by foot and it was the main line to go to all the famous attractions in Porto. I definitely recommend this place 💜

Friendly host. Pool was very nice but cold at the time of year. Beds were comfortable. Very nice having a full kitchen.

The listing says the property has heated pools. The heated pool is why we choose this property. Unfortunately, it is not true. In addition, the host told us the hot tub broke a few days before we arrived. Those were major disappointments. We would have not chosen this place had we known. Besides that, the cleanliness/facilities were fine. Location is quite far from Lisbon proper.
