The absolute best hotel for small children and babies. They really had thought of everything that would make my our lives easier whilst away from home including bottle warmer, steriliser, baby bath, big rug in living area for floor time etc The staff were all incredibly kind as well and they leant us a buggy with sturdier wheels to tackle the many hills and cobblestones. We also made use of the baby creche and our little one was very happy and the staff and facilities there were perfect.

There was a smell of insecticide by our door on the outside. They must have sprayed right before we checked in.

The location is superb in Chiado close to every major attraction. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a kids' center and it was perfect as we left our two boys (7 and 3 years old) for a morning. The staff there is caring and kind. This is is a must hotel for any family with little ones. Breakfast is good with a nice selection. Make sure to go next door to "Landeau" and get the most amazing chocolate cake (You're welcome) :)

The floor boards in our apartment were very creaky which made it tricky moving around without waking our light sleeping toddler and the bathroom door got stuck on a tile so could only open a foot without having to be lifted up a bit.

Completely geared towards making a family holiday as easy as possible. Great location and incredibly helpful staff. They helped make reservations in advance for us and taxi bookings when there.

Wifi was next to not usable at the fifth floor. AC drying completely the air. Hot water needing a lot of time to reach the fifth floor.

The staff: from the maids to the concierges. Kind, polite, and professional. Everything is included for babies and we felt it was vacation. The Kid’s Club. the bar/restaurant. The upgraded room. The amenities. The breakfast. The location in the heart of Lisbon.

The showers and bathroom were a little slippery. Instructions for the washing machine were challenging to decipher to someone new to this type of machine. I didn't get to use the kids' club and maybe would have appreciated knowing more about my stay in advance via email or message.

Lovely welcome drink, room amenities, kids gifts and breakfast for us to enjoy each day. Spacious apartments with washing machine were a relief for our family. Great location - close to many restaurants - and super friendly staff on all fronts.

If you’re not lucky enough to be in the main room of the restaurant the back room is a bit bleak

Excellent for families with little kids. The apartment was really comfortable and gorgeous, they were so helpful with things for the little ones (cot, seat for the loo, potty, etc…) and we loved the playroom and kids club. Excellent location as well, great bars and restaurants on the street and surrounding ones and easy to get to all the main attractions as a short walk from tram and metro stops

The choice of food for breakfast was quite limited.

We were on weekends and stayed in this hotel. At first I can say the location is the perfect, close to everything, but in the calm place. The apartment was very clean and tidy, highly equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment has the kitchen, so guests can cook if want.

Absolutely superb stay here. We had a toddler in tow and have been to quite a few family-friendly hotels, but this was a class apart in terms of catering to young families. That too within walking distance from some of Lisbon’s nicest places.

Excellent service. Beautiful room! The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave the room. Nice to have in room coffee with milk, washer and dryer. Shampoos were lovely and the room had a beautiful deep bathtub. Found a couple of amazing restaurants very close. Nice cafe on site. Great for families!

Excellent onsite kids club our kids loved going in the evening. Spacious apartment very comfortable. Very good breakfast and room service for easy mornings and nights in. Staff were very warm and attentive. Lovely place.

The bathroom was good only the shower had issues with temperature.

The bathroom needs improvements especially in the temperature, it's not consistent sometimes too cold sometimes too hot. The staff are great they are so attentive and helpful always trying to make your stay the best as possible, suggesting places to visit, things to do in the city, etc

There is just a little hiccup during check-in: the internet was down, so they couldn't make room keys, nor did WiFi work. The reason was that the city work damaged an internet cable so the whole area was down. Fortunately it was resolved a couple of hours later.

Great value for a 5-star hotel centrally located, with very friendly staff, and big, clean apartment rooms! I was afraid that there is no staff on-site, but to the contrary, there are friendly staff 24/7, very helpful too. There is a restaurant too, so dining is no problem. The room is good size, and there are a lot of facilities for family with kids. The location is very good, and public transportation including metro and ferry are both nearby. Despite the central location, I didn't hear noise at night. I was also able to store my luggage after checking out for free. The breakfast is decent, although I had it in my room so I am guessing you can get even more variety at the restaurant.

This hotel was amazing from the amenities to the property itself. Our room was enormous and spacious with a beautiful view. The kids club was also wonderful with providers that were all great with kids. Our daughter had a great time and didn't want to leave!
