A lovely bright clean apartment. We ate out at lunchtimes and were more than happy to come back here to cook something simple in the evening. The supermarket does the most amazing cooked prawns for only around 12 Euros a kg! We liked sitting out eating on the balcony. Kitchen and shower excellent. We never watched the TV. The location is good for the metro and it always felt very safe. We ate once at the Pomme Eatery - excellent food (you need to book). We also went to the V Rooftop bar which was about 10 minutes walk away. Teresa met us and was very friendly and helpful.

A few more basics in the kitchen just to get started would have been welcome - e.g. salt! There was some coffee and olive oil however.

Aside from one qualification, the location is superb, a five minute walk to the river with its restaurants, cafes, etc. The qualification is that the flat is on a small street in the old part of town, so parking outside is for the most part out of the question. But there is nearby parking, at various spots, within easy walking distance.

I´m 82, so the stairs up to the flat were not my favourite feature, but they weren´t a real problem and more than compensated by the flat itself, which was won prestigious design awards and has many charming features.

Liked most things about hotel but have one negative point with the location of the hotel I feel had there been some entertainment it would mean that we did not have to travel out each night plus with the hotel complex as big as it is if there was a alternative Resturant that could be used woul also add to the whole hotel stay

this accommodation was a disaster. The room and bathroom were dirty, other people's hair was in the bathtub drain. Bed linen and blankets as if they had never been washed, curtains full of dust, noise from the street. My friend didn't sleep that first night, and I wondered the whole time who the people were who stayed here and left positive reviews. The sound insulation is bad, all night we heard traffic from the street and people from neighboring rooms. and just when I thought, maybe it's only up to our room, we went down to breakfast and I realized that everything in that hotel is dirty. We checked out immediately that evening, of course we didn't ask for money, we just wanted to run away, and they didn't even ask us what was the reason for checking out and if they could do something to keep us. A DISASTER
