The apartment's location was excellent, situated in a vibrant neighborhood of faro with easy access to public transportation, walkable distance from train station, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment boasted a variety of amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, reliable Wi-Fi, and a modern bathroom. The apartment was clean upon arrival, with fresh linens and towels provided. Overall, the apartment provided a comfortable living space. The bed was cozy, and the living room offered ample seating for relaxation. The communication with the property manager was smooth and efficient. They were responsive to any inquiries or issues that arose during my stay, which I appreciated. I would recommend this stay for sure

The fridge in the apartment was pretty noisy, it would make a loud noise for about 20 mins every couple of hours or so which disrupted sleep, the bed & pillows are slightly too hard for my liking and the street outside is very noisy during 12am-4am which also disrupted sleep.

Great location & very good facilities, everything we wanted to do & see was within walking distance, apartment was very clean and felt as if it was very good value for money. The self check in was very easy too.

We enjoyed everything about the apartment. It was impeccably clean, well equipped, very well centrally positioned in the town, with a nice view of the square.

The hot water nearly scolded us in the shower. The pipes were far too hot to. Yet we couldn’t get any hot water at all in the kitchen? I originally booked for 3 nights but they couldn’t confirm a late evening check in so had to make alternative arrangements for the first evening in Faro.. yet when we arrived we could just collect the keys from a lock box so didn’t understand why we couldn’t do that the night before? . Didn’t read the small print about having to leave a deposit and it took a long time to get my money refunded for the first night we cancelled.

The location was perfect for visiting Faro, right in the centre yet very quiet. It was very spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated.

Check in time was late but there is a place to keep bags but unfortunately couldn't get a shower after travelling which made the day slightly uncomfortable for most people sitting next to me after a long flight

A super extra would have been a smart TV to connect with the phone or have YouTube. Also an air exhauster in the bathroom would be a useful long term installment. A full length mirror would have been awesome

This is a beautiful place! We felt elevated. The interior is modern and well put together. The staircase is marvelous. It was cleaned every day. It had everything you need to provide for yourself. The location was great. Just one step away from the old town and walking distance to the sea. It was as quite a Portugal walls can be. I did sleep with earplugs because I am sensitive. Eventhough the old town was infront it wasn’t overly loud as one might think. The curtains shut out the light and so sleeping in was possible. Keyless entry worked easy. There were a guide and recommendations in the room - very well organized. The kitchen had new sponges and cloths to clean.

Was not made aware that our initial room had a connecting door to an adjoining room next door. On arrival I noticed the door which was locked and asked the staff member Louisa what this door was for and she told us it was a utility cupboard. Very soon after Louisa left we realised it wasnt a cleaning cupboard as the guests had arrived back to their room and were very noisy. We got very little sleep for two of the first three nights. After the third complaint we made they moved us to another room. No adjoining door and was perfect. The hosts I have to say did work with us to sort the issue out re the noisy neighbours. I do think that guests should be aware of the potential apartment having an adjoining door. It was a lesson learnt so for any future bookings we will check there is no connecting door to an adjoining room.

Perfect location. We were moved to another room after an issue with noise from an adjoining room which had a shared door. The building had a lot of character and was tastefully decorated. Very clean.

To bear in mind - the beds are two single beds pushed together, rather than a double. There are also no condiments or salt etc and only two coffee pods, so you will need to buy these.

The apartment is bright and very clean. It is located in a pretty square with cafes and places to eat and is very close to the harbour, shops and old town. There is the lovely sound of people chatting outside. However this can continue late at night so worth keeping in mind if you are after somewhere very quiet. The walk-in shower was hot. There is very little to fault and it was excellent value for money.
