1) Cooking range is hard to use; wifi password not easy to find; some simple instructions would have helped. 2) Some coffee pods for the coffee machine would have helped. We tried to buy coffee pods and got the wrong size…a bit frustrating but no big deal. There’s Tony’s down the street for coffee to go.

Perfect size for a family of 4, cute and modern, with plenty of living room space and two bathrooms to spread out. House was clearly set up for real living and owners have lived there. It’s not the typical investment Airbnb where everything is cheap and minimal just for the pictures. Location is best in Furna. Steps away from the main center church and all restaurants. Parking in front is free and easy. Having a washing machine and dishwasher were certainly helpful after a full long week of travel.

A minor thing but the shower wouldn't attach to the bracket on the wall in the bath and the downstairs shower tray filled with water quickly.

Loved the outside space and location on a quiet street. It was clean and well equipped with modern stylish decor. The owner was helpful with arranging for us to have an earlier check in, also good communication for how to enter the property. Great to have towels to use in the thermal pools. The gift of cheese and bread on arrival was welcoming.

It was a a little bit cold at night, not enough to use the hitter, but a warmer blanket filled with down, feathers, or a synthetic alternative can be a better solution than few light blankets.

The location is perfect, a small and quite street near the village center. All Furnas attractions including the lake and some trails are within 0.5-2 km of nice walking. The house has everything we need , plus basic products, spices, cleaning products and many other things.

The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and is in easy walking distance to wherever you want to go. Street parking was easy to find right out front. Vítor was a phenomenal host, and was a pleasure to arrange accomodations with!

The laundry detergent has to strong of a fragrance. I am a bit sensitive to smell so I found the scent of the sheets to be too strong. Maybe unscented detergent would be something to consider.

Perfect, the house is stunning, Vitor was so attentive + gave us some brilliant advise about what to do in Furnas, only wished we'd stayed here longer - 3 nights is not enough to do everything on this side of the Island!

was a cold house with hot water that took a long time to get running we had to use the elctric shower downstairs

easy check in - plenty of plates and tuppa wear for our hiking, big fringe, hair drier. Beds a tad hard but fine, all the cooking facilities you need

the kids mattress was hard to sleep on, as you can felt the springs in your bed (we moved her to sleep with her grandma as she couldn’t sleep). the house is not very maintained (mold in the bath, rust on the fridge’s door, paint peels from the beds)

It smells of moisture and mold, you could really feel it. Many things look worn - the shower on the first floor, the shower head on the second floor, the refrigerator is rusty, the washing machine is moldy, the mosquito net on the windows is broken. The yard was untidy - grass had grown, bare view on yard.
