Positive section of review
Very pleasant stay overall. Nice building with cozy room, at a quiet neighborhood. We liked the mezzanine bed, and the view of the canal in front of the hotel. The coffee machine at the lobby and the cookies offered a nice touch. The temperature is perfect inside the room. The hotel is not very central, but we used the tram nearby for the main central locations.

The cleaning could be improved, especially in the bathroom. There isn’t a cleaning service included. The elevator can be used only for the suitcases.

600m from train station. Central to all shops and restaurants. Bed is perfect for a 1.95m man. Super clean. Your own independence and chilled environment. Frank Is well educated on all that helmond has to offer and very helpful.

I would have liked if there was a small gas stove to cook in the room. However I understand why not. Shower curtain can use some attention.

The reception, hotel area and staff were really pleasant. Room had a huge window which offered enough lighting (but it faced another building). Restaurants, grocery shops, subway + tram stops located nearby.

The bathroom was quite small and crammed. No extra toiletries, no mini fridge, no kettle or possibility to make coffee or tea. No night stand and not much storage space.

It’s a nice spot for camping, the whole place is very unique and comfortable. We were greeted nicely and always knew who to turn to if we had any questions.
