There were a couple of very warm days and there is no air conditioning in the room. There is a window you can open (when its not raining) and a floor fan however these sadly didn't seem to make much difference.

The bed was large and very comfortable. There were a number of restaurants and cafe's nearby. The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen (no toaster though) and there are two supermarkets close by. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. There was free coffee, chocolates and biscuits to help yourself too in the foyer. A lift can take your lugguage up to floor one or two (the lift is not for people).There's also a laundry room where you are welcome to use the washing machines / dryer for free. I enjoyed my stay here.

The cleaning could be improved, especially in the bathroom. There isn’t a cleaning service included. The elevator can be used only for the suitcases.

Very pleasant stay overall. Nice building with cozy room, at a quiet neighborhood. We liked the mezzanine bed, and the view of the canal in front of the hotel. The coffee machine at the lobby and the cookies offered a nice touch. The temperature is perfect inside the room. The hotel is not very central, but we used the tram nearby for the main central locations.

I feel it could have been cleaner. The fridge had a black mold at the bottom. The staff had requested it to be cleaned . Housekeeping cleaned it but could not clean it fully. The dishwasher rack was broken but I used only the top rack so it was okay . They allow us to use the elevator only for luggage. We stayed on the first floor so they let us keep the stroller in the lobby .

The kitchen had everything, cups , bowls , colander all you need to cook. They also had a dishwasher so I did not have to worry about washing the dishes . Amazing location , the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the tram is a couple of minutes walk. Spacious room for 3 . Amazing restaurants nearby . I would stay here again .

The coffee machine in the room, we couldn't make it work, but we had coffee machine in the lobby, so there was no problem after all.

The kids loved the upstair beds. We loved the location. The room was quiet. We had a nice vacation there.

Warm days lead to very warm cramped loft area. Dangerous stairs to main part of duplex suite , sewer issues in bathroom resulted in part of group being put in different room with no hot water and no a/c for one night. Price of room was pretty steep.

The quilts were much too heavy . It disrupted our sleep.

We had a lot of space and a kitchen so we could have breakfast without going out. We were close to two metro routes. There were several restaurants in the area and a Lycamobile store.

TV didn't work, not a huge problem though.

I was travelling with my three adult children and the rooms provided gave us all our own space which was perfect for us. Great location too, tram and bus very close which allowed us to get everywhere easily.

It is expensive as we paid a lot extra for city tax (not in our original booking). The area is safe and quiet but needs transportation to the main city, although there is direct bus and tram to get there. No lift so beware for those who can't climb stairs. Reception could help with carrying your luggage though.

Room was big for the 4 of us and has adequate facilities (own cooking). Beds were comfortable. Also provides free laundry (washing & drying) facilities. The reception has free coffee and fruits!

Excellent location, in a more relax area if the city and yet close to essentials and some points of interest. Bus and tram stop point were just right there. In regards to the apartment, it covered our expectations. The staff was very nice, always open to give us recommendations and directions

It would be helpful to provide a floor scraper in the bathroom since water splashes beyond the shower, no matter how you position the showerhead. About half of the bathroom floor gets wet and there is no way to easily wipe it.

This apartment has everything you need for a shorter stay in Amsterdam. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which, even though it is not in the city center, is a short tram ride away from the major sites. We would stay here again.

No. 1 problem was the continue septic bad odor in one room toilet; even when the problem was reported every day the management was not able to resolve this issue. No. 2 the facility show an elevator available in booking.com, by the time we arrived elevator was not working and it never worked during the days in the hotel. No. 3 no cleaning service at the rooms; when the top window was left open to mitigate the bad smell a los of leaves, and dust came to the room, and we have to clean ourselves on a daily basis; change of towels were upon request; and garbage cans where never takes from the rooms

Apartments were good and fully equipped with all requirements, the location was also good with nearby restaurants, supermarkets and facilities/attractions at walking distance

Outside our window was a kebab shop but it wasn’t really noisy.

Clever use of space for a family. We all slept well. Very clean and helpful staff.
