Excellent location, very very charming hotel, outside and surroundings Quite comfy! Small but functional bathroom Decent breakfast served in the room 😋 at 8am only, but you can still get your plate and go back to sleep 😄

Just be aware that the owner doesn't speak a perfect english and "Can you pay now" actually means "You can pay now", that was a bit disturbing at first 😅 Be aware there is no lift - only stairs If you are fit enough, this is quite charming 😌

Everything was perfect! Delicious breakfast, perfect location within walking distance to the all main city attractions, close to the railway station a public transport. No problem with late check in.

Nothing, everything was perfect. The only minus was parking. We arrived on friday night and hotel parking was full. According to the info from hotel the other option was Museum parking garage. It is quite close but we have problem with payment. Parking machines didn't accept cards issued outside Netherlands (I don't know if the problem is temporary or not) and there is only one which accepts cash (max banknote is 20€). Unfortunately we had only 100€ but hotel staff was super kind and gave us change.

The hotel is ideally located, surrounded by bars and restaurants, in what was for us the liveliest part of town. The room is very good for 1-2 nights. Nice place to stay

Shower temperature was either ice-cold or boiling hot, really not confortable. Doors locking system was very noisy everytime someone got in or out of the room

5 star rated hotel should have table service for breakfast rather than buffet. We had a premium room with a view of Dam Square, great view but very noisy with windows open. Lighting overall was a bit subdued for our liking

Even though the rooms are very small especially the bathroom the bed was very comfortable.

Air conditioning was very very difficult to adjust. Bathroom was too small impossible to use a towel to dry yourself after shower . Breakfast was very poor no pork sausage or bacon or proper eggs. Scramble eggs were hard and cold. Coffee very poor quality
