Very expensive for a tiny room. I had to literally walk in the shower to reach the toilet. No elevator, very noisy till late at night. Definitely not a good place if you want to actually sleep.

A really big appreciation of Kevin ! Very friendly, helpful, cheerful ! Kevin helped us with check-in, brought the suitcases to the room, and was very patient is resolving the app issues to provide parking for the car (which is quite important in inner-city Rotterdam). Kevin made us feel welcomed. The location is brilliant in innercity Rotterdam.

The hotel is ideally located, surrounded by bars and restaurants, in what was for us the liveliest part of town. The room is very good for 1-2 nights. Nice place to stay

The bed didn’t seem to have a sheet on, only a protector sheet, not sure if this is normal? The shower and toilet layout was as expected, is that the frosted glass is a little too open, and where the shower is in front of the toilet, after a shower it’s very wet and we ended up using towels on the floor to soak up water. The squeegee did work, but not to the extent needed and so many a couple of bath matts / shower matts would be helpful in future. Another thing to note, it’s very loud street, bars are open until late even mid week, if that’s not your thing this isn’t suitable for you. It didn’t bother us as we were out with them.

The location of the property was great. Right in the centre. Close to everything, bars, restaurants etc and Near a tram line. The bed was super comfy, and the layout was good. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly, event carried out bags up to the room. There was working aircon which was lovely especially on the warm days. Internally, the room was very soundproof didn’t hear neighbours, but could hear external buzz from the bars. The breakfast was amazing, from the cafe down the road, good selection of foods. We only had 2 days breakfast but could imagine it would get a little boring, if any more days?

Very smart way to make a small space work, very comfortable beds , bedding and towels smelt like fresh linen, very easy to get in and out of with app on phone instead of carrying tiny key card, would recommend to anyone who’s staying for a short break. Staff are very friendly and helpful, made me and my family feel welcome and appreciated. Very good wifi throughout the building too.

It's quite a noisy location. Take earplugs. Or stay out and party.

The shower leaks a little bit to the room, so i needed to use a towel to soak up to water, but it is nothing major, if you not plan to spend more time in the room.

The best thing is the location which is very convenient (if you don't mind some noise during the weekend nights). The room is small and efficient for sleepover, it has everything you need.

The only thing to take into account is that the building does not have an elevator so if you have heavy luggage try to ask for the first floor.

The place is well located. You are near different restaurants and tourist places. The staff was very nice and helpful the whole time and let us leave the luggage for us to explore the city on the last day after the check out.

Not really a dislike but a small kettle with some tea and coffee would be our only suggestion. We really missed not having the option for a cuppa in our room.

The lady who booked us in was a gem. She was really friendly and helpful, showing us all sorts of options from water taxis to places of interest. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the centre of town, close to all sorts of eating options, public transport and attractions.

We liked the brilliantly central location (on a cool street with lots of bars and restaurants), the cosy bed, warm shower and easy check-in. You can sometimes hear activity on the street outside - but this is part of staying in the busy centre of the city and did not affect our stay or our sleep at all.

The noise from the clubs and bars below was much louder than I was expecting for a Thursday night. Even with good earplugs the sound of the bass was loud until about 3am.

Cute and functional rooms with everything you need, nice bathroom, comfy beds and space to work. A kind member of staff helped me with my bag up the very steep steps (no lift fyi). Cafe below as also nice.

the bathroom was very, very nasty. not only was it in the same room as the toilet and had no ventilation, the shower curtain was moldy and some things like the rainshower or the knobs weren‘t working. on the last day of my stay there also was no warm water left? it was very loud, you heard everything outside and also from other rooms in the building, tho the room was on the top floor. the booked room was „queen size“ but as you can see on the pictures, it‘s not more than a basic 2 person room. can‘t even imagine the single rooms. I also reached out to the given contact several times, also on the booking.com app, to get information about parking. sadly no answer at all and i had to google everything myself.

very close to all the important stuff, 10 mins walk to the central train station. very nice and uncomplicated staff in the restaurant/bar next to it! the process of „smart“ checkin was easy and unproblematic.

Airconditioning wasn't working and opening the window was not an option for us due to being light sleepers with all the nightlife going on. So it got quite hot!

Great location and nice staff in the café below the hotel. We dropped off our stuff there and when we came back to check in, the luggage was already in the room, which was really nice of them!

Don't go here if need an elevator as there is none available. Lots of stairs.

Great location! Walking distance from central station, and closeby to all bars and restaurants. Hardly any noise from Witte de Withstraat at night (at least for the top floor rooms). AIrconditioning is available for the warm summer days.
