This is our best stay during our Legoland trips. We arrived earlier than expected and the owner is so kind to allow us to check in earlier. ❤️❤️ The unit is very clean and well kept. Bed is comfy and we had a very good night sleep. Bathroom cleanliness is beyond my expectations. Oh...My kids like the swimming pool, it's clean! Location is very strategic, just 2 mins walk to Medini Mall, 5 mins walk to Legoland. Will definitely recommend my family and friends to stay here.

There are many blocks and a bit confusing when we first arrive. Need more signages at the car park to direct the visitors to the correct lobby lift.

Near the city center. All the equipment appears to be new, although there are a few items that have already malfunctioned or are damaged. Parking availability is ample, and there is plenty of space.

The surroundings seem neglected, almost like an abandoned area. There are empty and neglected containers around. People freely come and go to take pictures, swim in the sea, and it feels less secure, to the extent that military exercises are even conducted there. Sometimes, outsiders freely can see inside the chalet. Air conditioning and bathrooms are only available in the main room. The living room is hot with no air conditioning, and there's only one wall fan. The same goes for the upstairs room. In the upstairs room, there are bunk beds. Chilling outside is the way to go thanks to those windy beaches. A big group would probably vibe well where there's plenty of open space for outdoor activities like BBQs, For those seeking a cozy, peaceful spot with a sense of security, this isn't the spot right now. There's definite potential, but at the moment, it didn't quite suit my family of four adults.

The apartment was nothing like the one advertised on Booking. com web site. Very disappointed. Also lack of maintenance, toilet seat loose, door handles loose, dog eared carpet, very dangerous.

The before and after experience. First of all, regarding the parking. We are given only one parking and even that we need to pay RM 10. So, the other cars, we gotta find our own parking spot which can be few metres further. First time experiencing issue with parking. Next, we had an issue with housekeeping, which made our checkout time delayed. Deposit was held by because of 2 towels were missing. Very bad communication between the owner and housekeeping agents. Accusation were made on us without proper checking. We had to spend time to clear it by checking the video details of the room and checking whether there were guests a day earlier or not. Finally because they can't find the proof, the decided to return our deposit.

I stay in 15-05, in Living room sofa bed & queen bed got bedbugs. One of my friends is sleep over there and she got bite bedbugs, not only one but there’s are many. I even recorded it.
